positive · AI labelView post →Resident Evil movie very good. My nitpicking gripe with it is that there are almost zero practical effects in it. I totally get why current film production militates against that sort of thing. But when you're making a bio-goop monster, I believe it's always more visceral if the goop is real.

neutral · AI labelView post →Resident Evil review: great movie. Perfect Resident Evil movie.
positive · AI labelView post →I loved Resident Evil. Fun as hell. Not perfect but also perfect for what it is, a fast, simple, funny, badass B movie. Designed to be just that and successful for it. But it MEANS nothing to me. It doesn’t have to. Stuff like Digger is the kind of stuff that adds to me.
