neutral · AI labelView post →Our follow-up movie tonight (and unintentional continuation of all things Danny Elfman), is REAL STEEL. How we don't have 10 sequels by now is bonkers.

positive · AI labelView post →All of this is happening because none of you went to watch 2011's coming of age instant classic boxing movie "Real Steel" staring Hugh Jackman and $100 million in CGI boxing robots.
neutral · AI labelView post →I was today years old when I learned that robot boxing movie "Real Steel" was based on a short story by Richard Matheson from 1956 that was also adapted into a Twilight Zone episode in 1964

neutral · AI labelView post →In a bit-gone-bad we decided to recap Real Steel, and immediately regretted the decision. It's not that it's bad it's just... nothing. It's a nothing movie. So time to listen to us talk about nothing for a tight 90! open.spotify.com/episode/60bo...
neutral · AI labelView post →Fun AU in which Shiun is a combat android and Thancred is his mechanic that fixes him up. I really liked the movie Real Steel, robot fighting is cool. Something something robots learning how to feel love trope.
positive · AI labelView post →Star Wars: Starfighter has enlisted Adam Gerstel to edit the film. Gerstel has worked on a variety of films, previously working with Starfighter director Shawn Levy on his film Real Steel, and is returning to the Star Wars franchise after editing two episodes of The Mandalorian Season 2.

neutral · AI labelView post →A #drawing of ATOM from Real Steel. Idk how niche of a movie this is lmao
neutral · AI labelView post →Needless to say I can't wait for Shawn Levy's Star Wars movie. Dude has the complete toolkit for the assignment; Real Steel proves he has mastery over the three required skills of "heroes journey", "dad issues", and "robots are real and my friends".

neutral · AI labelView post →Did we learn nothing from REAL STEEL, people. You think Hugh Jackman made that movie for fun? Or success?? ‘Cause it had neither
negative · AI labelView post →Caught part of the movie Real Steel. It has a very strong 80s movie theme à la Over the Top
neutral · AI labelView post →Look, THE TAKING OF THE PELHAM 123 is a masterpiece. REAL STEEL is a good movie. Not everyone’s an auteur.
positive · AI labelView post →Real Steel I thought this would be a dumb movie with fightin' robots, but at least it has Hugh Jackman. Turns out it's a pretty solid redemption story.

neutral · AI labelView post →The Hugh Jackman movie Real Steel had a fairly decent video game adaptation that wasn't available physically but was on both 360 and PS3 Of the fighting games I've played where limbs can be damaged or dismembered this one was fairly unique
neutral · AI labelView post →Shawn Levy rage is absurd. A Night At the Museum is a perfectly cromulent family film! Deadpool & Wolverine was terrific! Real Steel is *a gem*.
positive · AI labelView post →I know two things about Shawn Levy: the only good movie he ever made is Real Steel, and he's a dead ringer for Lostprophets' pedophile frontman who get knifed to death in a UK prison
positive · AI labelView post →Honestly 2011 might be peak "this movie isn't great but it hit for me anyway" Real Steel Fast Five Rise of the Planet of the Apes Drive Angry Super 8, somehow
