Metallica Saved My Life is an all-time great film about fandom, and completely lives up to the name. You'll just want to give Kirk a big hug.
unlabelledView post →Talk about a hard film to "recommend." OUR HERO, BALTHAZAR is a solid feature debut but its subject matter and perspective is almost certain to turn most folks off. I will say that the marketing leans on the dark/uncomfortable comedy angle and that's certainly there, but it ain't that.

As director Oscar Boyson said as he introduced the film, “When you are seeing a movie, and you hear someone laughing at an inappropriate scene, this is that movie.” And ya, that tracks. Absolutely wild film! #FilmSky

It's a grim portrait of America, a sad film despite its darkly comedic moments, cos it all seems so tragically believable. An interesting film. #Filmsky #Moviesky 📽️

Asa Butterfield frighteningly disappears into his role. Brilliantly, even. Tom Cruise wishes for that with his upcoming 'Digger'.
