One of the things that makes One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest such a good movie is it portrays what psychiatry is like on a relatively good day. Which makes it much more thought provoking and complex. Coercive mental health is often much much worse than what you see in that movie.
And don't even get me started on One flew over the cuckoo's nest.
