So do not expect more than 7-8h on this game. The gameplay is really rough but it kind of work and the level design is also ok, it's the strong suits of the game. Cinametics design is unhinged, we feel the guy discussing stuffs with prompts. The story, honestly it is barely understandable from the standpoint of what you'd feel is…

Instead of shooting at enemies, as in the regular shooters, here we will inhabit them and fight in their body. The gameplay is really unusual. In many moments it will not be that difficult, just unusual. I really like top-down shooters. And this one attracts from the first minute. Cool graphics, an interesting plot and a lot of content make the completing of this game memorable. If you…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →"Memory Lost" delivers a truly engaging experience, thanks to its fast-paced shoot 'em up gameplay that keeps the action intense and enjoyable. The narrative also stands out, hooking you from the start and driving the experience forward. While the battles can sometimes feel a bit drawn-out, they move along more smoothly on the easier difficulty. Plus, the captivating cutscenes do an excellent job of immersing you in the atmosphere. Overall, it’s a great pick for those seeking a dynamic shooter…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game punishes mistakes but rewards skill. Once you master body-swapping and weapon combos, you feel unstoppable. Expect to die a lot at first, but when it clicks, it's incredibly satisfying.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Memory Lost isn’t just about shootingб it’s about thinking, reacting, and adapting. The body-swapping mechanic makes it stand out from other top-down shooters. Absolutely worth playing!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Memory Lost is more than just a twin-stick shooter — it’s a mind-bending journey through a dystopian future. The body-switching mechanic is brilliant, and the neon-lit environments feel alive. The combat is brutal, and every encounter is a puzzle of speed and precision.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game doesn’t just rely on stylish action—it builds an eerie, immersive world filled with tension. The combat is fluid and aggressive, but it’s the story and atmosphere that truly hook you. A must-play for fans of RUINER and Ghostrunner.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Very interesting combat and overall idea, you need to include critical thinking and calculations. Playing this for a long time, it's hard to play other games. Like you think 1 clip and no first aid kits, low HP, look for another body lol

I can definitely note how comfortable it is to play with a gamepad, in my opinion even better than with a keyboard. for those who want to immerse themselves in crazy battles in various guises, I…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The mechanics of switching bodies are really interesting, but the implementation is pretty bad!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Every boss fight is a test of skill and adaptability. They are challenging but fair, and each one has a unique twist. Some of the most satisfying fights I’ve played in a long time.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Magic Hazard Studios has announced the physical release of Memory Lost on PlayStation 5 under the name Shift Edition. Developed by Magic Hazard and published by ESDigital Games, the game offers a top-down shooter experience set in a fast-paced cyberpunk world.
unlabelledView post →Memory Lost presents itself as a jumbled yet captivating cyberpunk shooter that delivers with its chaotic gameplay experience. The game's main mechanic allows the player to switch bodies during combat thus creating both speed and strategy in the gameplay. This is incredibly satisfying even though it sometimes becomes messy due to glitches. Visually, it’s inconsistent. Some areas have a great moody aesthetic, while others feel half-finished. The story is hard to follow and the cutscenes come…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game nails that hyper-fast combat with satisfying mechanics and a gritty atmosphere. Switching between hosts mid-fight keeps things unpredictable, making every battle feel different. The synth-heavy soundtrack amplifies the chaos, just like in RUINER.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →From the first fight, Memory Lost delivers high-octane cyberpunk action with a mix of tactical body-switching. It’s got everything—intense combat, deep lore, and a killer soundtrack that keeps your adrenaline pumping. This is one of the best cyberpunk shooters I’ve played in a while.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I'm writing a review for a new indie game called Memory Lost. An inventive mechanic is body swapping. It's part of the combat. But, in typing my review, I accidentally put " Boody swapping" and I can't unthink it. This is bad.
unlabelledView post →It's a great game, very dynamic. Playing it, you don't notice how time flies by. There are many types of weapons, both melee and ranged, I want to shoot and destroy all movable and immovable property =)
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →offers an exhilarating blend of tactical gameplay and intense shooting in a captivating cyberpunk world, making it a must-play for fans of the genre!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I streamed this for a friend and he referred to the gameplay as “Agent Smith-ing” which I thought was pretty apt as far as the body changing mechanic goes. The combat in this game feels very tight and well-tuned. Would love to see an infinite mode where you’re just fighting all the enemies with all the different weapons in the game (of which there’s an enjoyable variety).
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Thrilling shooter with an interesting body-swapping mechanic
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Absolutely love this game! The visuals are stunning, the music pumps you up, and the gameplay keeps you on edge every second. The body-swapping mechanic adds so much tactical depth. One of the best cyberpunk action games in recent years.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Love the game playing on steam deck but come level to and i have the game on main memory ssd and i die and the game is frozen and have to start level 2 after restaring. I have tried everything please patch. It was fine after i beat the second level.

unlabelledView post →Memory Lost is a stylish, tense, and often frantic cyberpunk action game that reshapes the traditional top-down shooter by anchoring its entire identity in the concept of body-swapping. Developed by Magic Hazard and published by ESDigital Games, it places you in the role of a drifting consciousness weaponized by circumstance—an individual whose own physical form has been stripped away, leaving only the ability to seize control of weakened enemies. The result is an experience defined by rapid…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →When I play this game the video graphics are unstable, to the point where I can't see the enemy or myself. When I played the DEMO it had this issue but I figured the bug would've been removed. It hasn't been and I doubt it ever will be. It's a terrible experience! STEAM needs to start vetting the games they're selling by setting a standard for gaming developers.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Memory lost is a top down view beat-em-up that is ultimately a fairly enjoyable experience. albeit one that lacks a lot of polish and is frustrating at times. Steam Curator Page: store.steampowered.com/curator/36307721-Healthy-Criticism/ Memory Lost is not the prettiest game on the block. It is not the most polished game either. Nor does it have an immaculate level of dialogue or story to tell. The gameplay is fairly smooth with some performance hitches here and there, but overall not too…
