positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I was just realizing... out of all the big indie breakout hits recently (Lethal Company, Balatro, Repo, Schedule I, etc), NONE of them have been action games, right? Apart from Vampire Survivors which is only tangentially sort of an action game.
unlabelledView post →who ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ cares if its been in early access for multiple years, some games are like that, its being made by a solo dev who doesnt want to hire a team and is making the game according to their own vision and i think that mentality should be respected in this day and age. the game is cheap, fun, somewhat frightening, and thats all it needs to be.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I played heavily modded Lethal Company with some friends yesterday and it was one of the most fun multiplayer experiences I've had in awhile. I can definitely see why that type of game took off. Although I have no idea what things are actually in vanilla and what were mods.

That can't be good. Sees little girl. Little girl starts to innocently skip in your direction. Your lost, but you run. You find the fire exit and make it outside. Its nightime. "im okay," you say, before seeing a nest, conveniently at the fire exit. And oh look, theres a cute bird. Cute bird starts to run you down at…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Okay, this game has a few pros and a few cons. Before I get into those, I'd like to make it clear that I do recommend and enjoy this game. Now that that's out of the way: Pros 1. Really fun to play multiplayer, whether it's friends or strangers. The experience is always enjoyable. 2. The art style is charming. 3. The game can run on computers of all varieties, including potatoes. Cons 1. The grind is INSANE. If you miss quota once, say goodbye to everything you've worked so hard…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This indie horror game draws inspiration from Resident Evil and Lethal Company as 1-4 players enter a city filled with grotesque mutants! LIVING HELL is coming to Steam: store.steampowered.com/app/3078760/... by indie dev @fendercodess.bsky.social #gaming
unlabelledView post →To be honest, this game is amazing, but the lack of major updates, significant/interesting gameplay changes and bugfixes makes it boring, repetitive and annoying sometimes once you played for around 200 hours or more. Ofc there are mods for LC that will bring new stuff to it. But I'm not really complaining because this game was made by solo gamedev and it turned out to be very funny, yet still challenging and scary. 10/10 combination of comedy and horror.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Every time Lethal Company updates im reminded of how beautiful of an art piece and how good of a horror game it is, and im a little sad that that's the part that games inspired by it aren't really inspired by at all most of the time.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Even after 300+ hours of this game I still return monthly and make some of the best clips of my year. Truly an incredible game.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Hot take: People are mad at "friendslop" games like Peak, REPO, Lethal Company, etc because they've been convinced a game has to be a spectacle worth the insane price tag they are put at. When in reality, a game literally just needs to be something fun you can enjoy.

unlabelledView post →I've been really enjoying Lethal Company, so as per tradition I put my fursona in the game. With some artistic liberties taken for his jumpsuit.
unlabelledView post →Lethal Company was made by a furry. It was one of the leading games to create a new entire genre of game. It outsold a Call of Duty game. It was made by a furry. A dev team of one.

unlabelledView post →To this day, this is still my favorite game of the "friendslop" genre. I even feel bad calling it that, because this is the game that started the whole genre's popularity in the first place. The premise is simple: you and your friends land on the moon and have to collect scrap to sell before the night comes. With scary creatures and all kinds of environmental hazards ready to kill you. Over 300 hours in this game and it's still FUN, and the countless mods that people made make this even more…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The beginning, and end of "friendslop" enjoyment for me. This game has it all - atmosphere, a simple but fun gameplay loop, endless random situations, and modding. If you have people to play it with, the game becomes a mix of comedy, and horror that can be swayed in either direction based on how you decide to play; if you play alone it's a lot more horror-centric with worse consequences for making mistakes. It's a great game, and cheap, a no brainer if you want something fun to play with your…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Even though this game isn't going to be at it's peak like how it was in 2023, regardless this game is always a great time to come back to. Zeekers, if you see this: Thank you for releasing this game, for it has brought me so much more joy and formed some memories I will never forget in my gaming experiences, no matter how much of a break I take from it, I always come back to work eventually for it has shifted my view in gaming completely. When v80 and other updates comes out, I'll be there.…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Why does everyone trend hop this game, call it friendslop, then never play again. This game is way more fun than slop if you can become somewhat good at the game and get a consistent group to play with. Hating on this game is either not realizing how truly fun it is, or just a skill issue because Lethal Company is great.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →PROS - Hilarious and memorable co-op experiences. - Diverse maps with unique environments. - Strong atmosphere that balances horror and comedy. - Emergent gameplay creates endless funny stories. CONS - Gameplay becomes repetitive over time. - Limited ways to deal with hostile entities, which may be either immersive or frustrating depending on your perspective. - QoL features and UI could use significant improvements. VERDICT Lethal Company is at its best when you're laughing, screaming, and…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →[Random] So, Lethal Company added a large feline mob to the game that sneaks up on players? Quick, somebody mod them to swallow people whole, then run off to hide while they digest their prey!
unlabelledView post →In my opinion the gameplay loop is the best thing about this game. The dungeons are procedural enough to where you really have to explore each round. There's a variety of enemies to be on the lookout for. I think the act of collecting items and entering the dungeons - that's the goal, but for me the fun moments that come out of that pursuit is what makes this game interesting, like when someone makes a sound near the blind dogs and you both die, or when someone steps on a mine or triggers a…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Probably one of the best games that involve a repetitive gameplay loop, Lethal Company is a silly "horror" title that is full of funny moments for one to experience. The main focus of the game is landing on various exomoons to collect scrap to meet a weekly quota posed by The Company, which exponentially grows higher and higher as you meet each quota. It's not as easy as it sounds though; there are dangerous entities roaming the interior and exterior of each exomoon. Though the game is mostly…

Repo is alright but gets boring after 1 match where as this game you can play for hours and hours... A few other game's have tried similar formulas... but this is still king vs them all honestly!

unlabelledView post →Lethal Company is a game about working a completely normal job where your employer sends you to abandoned moons filled with horrifying monsters and then gets upset if you don't bring back enough scrap. So basically, Amazon warehouse work, but somehow worse. The premise is simple. You land on a moon. You go inside a building. You collect scrap. You bring it back to the ship. You meet quota. Easy. Except the building is basically a giant haunted maze, the lights barely…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Lethal Company is the only game where your job description is literally: “Go into the abandoned facility full of nightmares. Bring back trash. Try not to die. (You will die.)” The Company sends you to moons that look like a post-apocalyptic IKEA parking lot, and the moment you step outside, the universe politely informs you that every living creature wants to end your employment contract AND your spinal column. Let’s talk about the monsters—because these things feel like the devs opened…
