60 of 199 · most liked firstbought this game in early 2015 and have played it ever since. I've played over 1,000 hrs on this game and i would say it is worth the wasted time of my life i mean ive already beaten it like 7-8 times already and im probably gonna waste another 9,000 or more hours playing it but ive got a long time till then. anyways 10/10 gameplay would play again if memory wiped

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham is a fun and creative entry in the LEGO Batman series that takes things in a much bigger direction. Instead of staying in Gotham, the game expands into space, which gives it a fresh and different feel. The gameplay is still the classic LEGO formula with puzzles, combat, and character switching. It’s enjoyable and easy to get into, though at times it can feel a bit repetitive compared to earlier games. The character roster is one of the strongest parts. There are a…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Overall, it was a mostly decent experience (except for the occasional game-breaking bugs, watch out for those). Better than the 2nd game, and almost (but not quite) on par with the 1st. It's clear that a lot more love went into this compared to the second installment (I still have nightmares from playing it), and it turned out to be everything LEGO Batman 2 should have been. That being said, it's probably a bit too late for this, but if only we could get a LEGO Indiana Jones 3 that fixes all…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Would love to give this a positive review, but there are WAY too many bugs/glitches in this, which force you to exit the level (or even the whole game) and restart.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →LEGO Batman 3 Beyond Gotham moves beyond Gotham and expands the adventure across multiple planets. This creates a lot of variety, even though the open world from the previous game is no longer present. The game shines with its massive roster of DC characters, witty dialogue, and diverse levels. For fans of LEGO games and DC comics, Beyond Gotham is a fun conclusion to the trilogy with a strong focus on humor and variety.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I played LEGO Batman 3 mainly for nostalgia and fun. I finished the story and did a few extra achievements here and there, and I can genuinely say the story kept me engaged the whole time. The game makes great use of a large cast of DC characters, and seeing so many familiar faces is one of its strongest points. Character designs are well done, the suits look great, and visually the game still holds up well for its age. Gameplay The gameplay is extremely repetitive and very button-mashy.…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Okay so currently I have no beaten the game, but I am going to go ahead and post a review because I do have so words. I got all three of the lego batman games on sale as a nostalgia buy because I used to play them to completion when I was younger. I wanted to collect all the achievements on this one before the new one releases. I am going to separate this review into sections to explain in depth why I am giving this game a bad review. Story While the whole premise of the story is pretty…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →First the game is great, but the Steam version does not play well. It's very prone to crashes and stalling. This is a decade old game and my PC should be having no problem, and the crashes look more like fatal errors, so I don't think I'm underspeced. If you have the option I would pick up the game instead on a console. Edit: Lvl 5 took 6 tries to complete without all the characters flying off into space when I switched to Cyborg and blocking progression/ Lvl 8 crashes the game any time I…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →the game was good for the first 7 chapters until ch8 when it keeps crashing in the same point when i use cyborg magnetic suit , i tried to fix it but i couldn't find any solution
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Really fun game to play, especially CO-OP. The missions are great but the free play is terrible - you feel quite limited compared to LEGO Batman 2. Shame you can only drive vehicles in only 1 area - which still isn't good. This game shouldn't have Batman in the title, it should be "Super Heroes" instead.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Not an amazing game going by the other lego games. unfortunately I cannot recommend as when I tried playing it there was a consistent bug that prevented me from completing one of the main story levels. I could not fix this issue and even if I could I still think it is ridiculous that they sell the game with this problem
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →its kinda just ok ngl but nothing beats the first 2 games
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Awful game. Definitely up there for one of the worst lego games by far. -The costume switching mechanic is barely used, only like 5 characters get it. -The hub worlds are generic and boring, repeating the same 3 quests or puzzles. -Vehicles are something you can unlock and are only usable in one specific world. -Most characters have multiple powers, some are not expressly told to you by the game, and are not well mapped to the controller, often conflicting over the same button -Constant…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →My favorite game of the trilogy. The game is not as popular as the second one because instead of one big open world, this game has smaller planets that you can visit. Now I didn't get the hype around 2's Gotham City, but it does feels like a big downgrade. The levels are pretty good, I think Lego Batman 1 still had the best levels, but this is a close second. Liked how they made the different lantern corps an important part of the story, I have a sweet spot for them. But the one thing this game…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Unfortunately, this is the weakest game in the trilogy for me. The levels felt repetitive, the puzzles were annoying, and I honestly struggled to get through some parts of it. It also suffers from a bit of unnecessary padding, and even the story was the least interesting of the three. That said, it was still fun playing in co-op, and being able to use characters from the Justice League as well as the villains added a lot to the experience.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I tried, I really did. But this is just awful This should not be called Lego Batman. Suit switching simulator. Grab correct suit, use ability, move 10 meters, new suit. Just no. No.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Really enjoyed it, another game 100% and removed from the backlog, cant wait for Lego Batman Legacy of the Dark Knight.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham (which should be named Lego DC Super Heroes) is the third entry in the Lego Batman series. This game should really not have the Batman name in it but I imagine they did it to ride the popularity of Lego Batman. The game has the fundamentals of your usual Lego game; going through numerous stages with different characters to watch a narrative play out. Then after that you go back in Free Play to snag all the collectibles. That gameplay loop is fine, I like it cause…

unlabelledView post →Incredible game any negative reviews are soy-boy wieners who expect too much from a children's game
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Do not play this game. You WILL run into game-ending bugs in almost every single mission, ensuring there is yet another one on the horizon even if you manage to get through one or two. Steam should have de-listed this broken disgrace to the LEGO license a decade ago.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is an amazing addition to an already great series, the best of the bat IMO.:batman: With Brainiac as an interesting villain and, the lanterns given the spotlight:greenlantern:, this has a story just waiting to be praised.:superman: That being said 9.9/10 (deducted 0.1 for too much water :steamsalty: )
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If you're expecting a pure LEGO Batman experience strictly confined to Gotham City and its usual rogues' gallery, you might be caught a bit off-guard. However, if you're a fan of the DC Universe as a whole, this is an absolute goldmine of humor, fan-service, and fun! The story takes the fight to outer space to stop Brainiac. While the core gameplay remains classic TT Games formula (smashing bricks, solving light puzzles, and collecting a massive roster of 200+ characters), the game excels…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Way too many bugs and glitches. Playing feels more like work than fun.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Possibly the greatest character roster in a LEGO game. I am part of the minority that actually enjoys the hub worlds in this game. I think the levels might be a little too long and there are some bugs throughout the game, but I will always cherish this masterpiece.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It’s less of a "Batman" game and more of a "Justice League Field Trip where Batman forgot his snacks." Here’s the lowdown: The Plot: Brainiac is being a nuisance, so Batman and friends have to go to space. It turns out that when you take the "World's Greatest Detective" out of a dark alleyway and put him on a bright pink planet, he gets very, very grumpy. The Roster: There are over 150 characters. You can play as a literal dinosaur, a 1960s Adam West, or Conan O'Brien. Yes, the late-night…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →🧴 A true homage to the Batman classics, though the story is about something completely different. The main missions are quite varied, but they're hardly epic, and the final feels downright weak, though the magic is in the details. Brainiac's threat is absurdly innocuous, and much of it fades into the background. However, this is a large game with an curious approach, devoting as much time to world exploration as to levels. Three hubs, Lantern planets, and small but enjoyable DLC missions with…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Reviewed on Steam Deck I had a lot of fun with this game, probably the best Lego game I have played, actually. But unfortunately it’s plagued with bugs. 🐛 On countless occasions interactions did not trigger the desired effect and I was forced to restart the level. Other times on-screen icons did not appear to indicate what ability to equip next, and sometimes NPC’s would get caught in scenery while attempting to follow you. Performance on Deck is great, as is playability. Unfortunately…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I like this more than batman 2. what i did not like whoever is that its not a "batman" game. Its more of justice league game or DC game. good story, good character abilities, lot of focus of level puzzle more than combats. combat was smooth. Some funny jokes here and there. overall 4/5
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The main story of this game, was amazing. I forced myself to play LEGO games, and this was the only game i got myself into. I just beated the story immediatly. But after that, i kinda felt... bored. Because in this game, there is open world/free roam. BUT, its very different from other open world LEGO games. I dont know if this is the worst open world, but its very different. I personally dont really enjoy it, its cool idea surely. But its... not enjoyable sadly. But if you only want to beat…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Way way way too buggy for a decade+ old game... Really wanted to finally 100% from my childhood...
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Batman went from protecting Gotham... to saving the entire universe with LEGO physics. Seems reasonable. Bonus: (Brings back childhood memories)
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's decent enough, it's just like any other lego game. The controls on the PC are a bit janky but otherwise it's ok. If you like Lego and you like Batman, I would recommend it.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Anti Consumer EULA
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →where is the open world i never see it
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game does a great job mixing familiar DC locations with imaginative Lantern worlds, making exploration more enjoyable
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →its a lego game what can i say, however i do agree with other people that this should have been a "lego DC superheros" game rather than a batman game. i personally dont mind the level design too much, although it is a lot more beat em up focused rather than the puzzle/platformer vibe older lego games have the overworld is ehhh, its pretty repetitive especially with the quests but its visually fun to look at at time of review i just completed 100% in game without the DLC content, so its a…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Great game, peak childhood memories
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Full of glitches; literally had to restart the same level the three times.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A good Ending to the Trilogy of Lego Batman Games. Yet another improvement and great sequel to the previous entry! Lego Batman 3 Beyond Gotham was a fun and great experience. I appreciated that this game went a bit more traditional and Instead of having an Open World to explore, you are once again given a Hub area where you can walk around and do different activities. You can do VR Missions which are like Different Mini games, Grab tokens that unlock characters, Get some side collectibles and…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Good game, felt a bit too long for how fun the game was. Flight controls and other movement controls were definitely improved compared to Lego Batman 2. However, the open world was markedly worse as it's split into separate worlds that make it feel claustrophobic and closed off, even though you're covering more ground than Lego Batman 2. The same cutscene issues arise in 2-player as Batman 2, especially with dialogue cutscenes, where both players are forced to just watch a character like Green…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Ultimate fanservice. So many characters and stuff going on its overwhelming at first but a must play for any true Batman fan. Had a blast reaching 100% completion! 11/10
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I enjoyed this game as I enjoy every other batman game, however it's definitely the weakest of them so far. Overall I'd suggest picking it up on sale with the season pass, and turning V-SYNC on. Worth trying out The Good: The character lineup: Loved seeing all my DC favourites in a game and all the different styles and suits some of these characters could use. The Story: The Main Campaign and DLC were solid and definitely better than the post campaign content. The Bad: Janky ass camera:…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →best Lego batman game if you have the batman DLC, if not get Lego batman 2 instead
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →really fun to 100%, I recommend extremely nostalgic, bought all the DLC's alongside it on sale, it's for sure worth it was great to play on the steam deck too
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The best Lego batman game , I recommend it so much . MUST buy in the trilogy pack on sale
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I think this one is the best among the first and the second. I enjoyed played this game, but i don't know i will buy the DLC or not. Because i think too expensive for it
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I love this game but it's way too buggy, early in the game robin gets stuck in a vehicle and won't let you play
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →100% ZERADO COM SUCESSO!!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →games is bugged on half of the levels
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Game breaking bugs in nearly half the levels that make you have to restart the game multiple times. I shouldn't have to constantly change the resolution, aspect ratio and graphic settings every few minutes for a game to work. Edit: Honestly, one of the most buggy and disgusting games I've ever had the misfortune of playing. This game makes Payday 2 look like a polished masterpiece.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I love this game! It was very fun when I was a child and few more of the jokes hit me now that I understand the charecters a bit more, so it is still fun now that I replay it. I think I'm going to shoot for 100% completion!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →amazing game to reminisce on childhood frfr
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Lots of bugs in the game
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →WARNING!!! Worst Lego Game of all time. I am currently very depressed because of this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →ITS FUN AND COOL AND CRAZY
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →One of the most important metrics for determining the quality of the LEGO games is how much of your time they waste. One of the best things about LEGO Batman 1 is how zippy it is compared to the previous games. LEGO Batman 3 is the opposite. The levels themselves are fine, but early in the game before you unlock a flying or speed character, the hub world takes far too long to traverse. And in the post-game, it only gets worse. Speed doesn't help you navigate those confusing planets any more…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →As someone who played many LEGO games during my childhood, I fondly reminisce about those good old days. However, I've noticed that the game can be prone to bugs during story missions on PC, although it runs perfectly on the Steam Deck. Aside from that, it's an enjoyable experience with a vast array of DC characters to choose from.
