60 of 78 · most liked firstI’m having a surprising amount of fun with this game. The heroes are all interesting and have good variation. Moment to moment fighting is well done. Definitely worth the price of admission . And remember! IF YOU DONT SUPPORT NEW GAMES ALL THATS GOING TO BE LEFT IS CALL OF DUTY 58!!!

unlabelledView post →Imagine Dragons' Dan and Mac Reynolds are launching Last Flag — the debut game from their indie studio, Night Street Games. Ukrainian devs helped bring Last Flag to life. One character even wears a Ukrainian flag on their lapel.
unlabelledView post →Thumb up just for no microtransactions. With account level progression you unlock recolors, dances, finishers. Content: 9 characters and 2 maps. The game will have new character, map and mode in summer.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Fun for what it is - Indie cartoon third person shooter. Unique enough game mode, just few minor things in my opinion to make it feel cleaner and more satisfying to me (and others probably?). HUD Feedback/Asks to be added: Add hitmarkers and additionally some kind of sound effect + HUD notification when you kill someone (similar to most FPS games but I'll use overwatch as an example) Kill feed to show who is getting kills etc. Some kind of notification for assists as well to further satisfy…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Game is fantastic, please do a better job advertising it. This game should not have a playercount this low!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →saying a game is good while giving it a not recommended review and claiming it's only that because the game is dead is honestly moronic. "The game is good, yes. There is a lack of players, correct, let me leave a review to make sure nobody else wants to come in and maybe populate the game yeah?" This is a fun game. It needs to be free to play though, that's the only shot to get players in, I want the game, I logged on and saw 2 people playing in AU. I can't buy it but it's not a bad game…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Awesome game. Too bad it's dead already. I wish cool unique games like this lasted more than a couple weeks, if that. Sigh.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →An outstanding game that unfortunately because of modern culture and the current state of the games biz many people will miss out on. This is a game that takes me right back to those days when multiplayer games used to be about having fun. No grinding. No stupid unlocks. Just a group of strangers or friends online playing a fun game with fun mechanics. First off this is more than just a capture the flag game. While there is a flag that needs to be capture, the actual game plays out so much…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Actually really quite fun, however no OCE servers. Australian players avoid unless you want 150ping singapore servers every match!
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A good game without a playerbase. Devs, you've come this far, now for the sake of your own time and resources, advertise the ♥♥♥♥ out of it!!!!!!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The article mentions these characteristics, but then turns back to jab that "watching Last Flag fail to build an audience is a great reminder that the market is truly oversaturated with live-service games". 5s doesn't require a huge playercount, it will be a short lived boutique game and thats fine.

PLEASE! PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, DO A BETTER JOB AT ADVERTISING. Seeing games like Last Flag is a massive breath of fresh air on the hero shooter landscape. No Pay to Win, fun gameplay, great character designs, excellent optimization and lovely aesthethic. This game has many good aspects, that people are sadly missing out on. I hope this…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I've had my fun... but I cannot in good faith recommend people spend money on a live service multiplayer game with no players The gameplay is fine. The movement isn't very dynamic, but this is made up for with fast character speeds and almost no stamina limitations. Most of the abilities are fun, but powerful, and too easy to use. Most characters have a very low skill ceiling. No aspect of this game will take you more than an hour to learn and master. There are balance issues exacerbated by…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Crazy day! Last week I was working at Blizzard and this week I’m at the Summer Game Fest with the Night Street team watching the announce of Last Flag as their Social Media Manager. Whirlwind of emotions for sure. Thought I would retire from Blizz, but life sometimes has other ideas.

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Pay once, own it. No battle pass, no cosmetic shop, nothing. Last Flag is a fast 5v5 shooter with a clever twist on capture the flag and for under ten euros that's a fair deal. Hitmarkers and kill feed are still missing, some things feel unfinished. But the developers are actively working on it. If you want fresh multiplayer without paying extra for everything, give it a look. positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →There's a weird amount of "product received for free" reviews here, so here's one from someone who actually paid for the game. This game is genuinely really good. Is it some groundbreaking entirely innovative shooter the likes no one has ever seen? Not really, no lmao. Is it a very solid shooter with fun characters, a neat gimmick and just feels nice to play? Yeah. Interesting thing is the demo had a form of battlepass, but in the playtests it was removed - and now the game has launched,…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Yay no microtransactions!! Pretty fun game, limited content which is reflected in the price. Games been out for like an hour and there are some absolute sweats already, of course. Imagine dragon this game
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The lead singer and manager of Imagine Dragons, brothers Mac and Dan Reynolds, have long dreamed of making games. Now, they’re making that dream come true with Last Flag. Why Imagine Dragons Are Making a ‘Pure’ Capture the Flag Video Game
unlabelledView post →Honestly? Great game just done so wrong. 0 Advertisement, low player base from various fans, and very little content on release. They needed to add so many more things like characters, ranked, and maps. The unfortunate truth is you can play for about 3 hours and basically see everything, and they add very little content over a long span of time. I really hope this game jumps back and can get a solid playerbase again.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →When you finally get in a game with a real player its way mismatched. Only 2 maps. Severe balance issues. Game should be free.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Cute, fun game imo. Reminds me of early OW days. Its just too bad no enough ppl are playing. Mostly bots. However the bots in this are actually decent, so still playable alone
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If the devs want to save this, they should probably just make it free-to-play. Getting the player count up is the only thing that matters at this stage. You can always tweak the balance and mechanics later once there’s actually a community to play with. To keep the lights on, they should just go back to the original Overwatch model: Tons of cool skins. Cheap, old-school loot boxes. Make it easy for people to want to drop a few bucks here and there. This game is too good to let it just…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Well that wraps up my last day at Night Street Games as Social Media Manager for Last Flag. It's a really fun game so I highly recommend checking it out! Got a week off and then it's ONTO THE NEXT ADVENTURE!
unlabelledView post →This is an awesome game. Extremely fun, surprisingly tactically deep, and with some great playstyle variety. The developers are clearly working on a passion project here and are true gamers at heart. Anyone who has played the game and heard them talking about it can clearly see this. Give this game a chance, and you will not regret it. Also, it is pay once, play forever with NO MICROTRANSACTIONS! People saying that this is life service slop are flat-out lying. We need more games like this…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →In two weeks I will be saying farewell to the fine folks at Night Street Games as I end my journey as Social Media Manager for Last Flag. It's been amazing and I've loved every moment. It's an awesome game made by talented and passionate people. I'm sad to say goodbye, but excited for what's next!
unlabelledView post →90+ hours played! Yeah… I think it’s pretty obvious I like this game. Honestly, it feels underrated. And unfortunately, poor marketing might be one of the main reasons for that. CTF has been my favorite mode since Quake 3 (then QL and QC), so a whole game built around it? Yeah, I’m sold. That’s basically my thing. The vibe is great. The music hits, the characters are fun, and overall it just feels good to play. Sure, only having two maps gets a bit repetitive after a while, not gonna lie. But…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Last Flag released today! Have played 40+ hours, and really love game! Never a fan of capture the flag mode in any games, and this game changed that! I wrote/published all of the character guides for the game on Steam! Zero microtransactions! Solid music, gorgeous look, and diverse roster!
unlabelledView post →Lots of fun. Kind of reminds me of old school overwatch vibes with the hero shooter aspects :) Feels like the meta is going to shift frequently for this game too - people will put their flag out in the open for ease of defending shortly I'm sure. Only "negative" I'll say is that getting stomped by a coordinated stack can feel a bit rough at times. If you're the type of person that gets upset with matches like that, just be ready for a few of those depending on when you're playing.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Kinda crazy watching people play Last Flag and hearing some of my voice lines I did for Peter (Lumberjack) back when I was at Night Street. My voice is in a video game! How cool is that?!
unlabelledView post →The game is pretty fun, I love the indie cartoon style It's truly a breath of fresh air in capture the flag mode The Last Flag needs more music, especially since it was founded by brothers Mac and Dan Reynolds, businessman and vocalist of Imagine Dragons. For less than €10 and without microtransactions, I highly recommend this game to anyone, whether you're a solo player or want to play with friends.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Oh snap! Didn't even realize I got a credit! I have a Voice Acting credit in a game! AHHHHHH! SO COOL! (The game is Last Flag)
unlabelledView post →The game is fun but every game has half your team full of bots. WHY? Just give us players. Played for an hour and a half, most I ever had was 2 other player as real people and only one player with a mic the whole time. Super sad to see, cool game and feels decent.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →People will say its another concord. It is not. One guy said its a Deadlock clone. It is not. I absolutely love this game. I think it is really fun and has a lot of room to grow and improve. The ONLY con I can think of is the low polish. The movement feels a little clunky sometimes but for the most part everything feels nice. Dev I love what youve done here and want to thank you!

unlabelledView post →You know, I really do love this game, but it is full with bots! Let me wait longer for a real game with real people. Playing with bots is just STUPID.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Some insane reviews here for a £10 game. The games fantastic and captures the vibe of old TF2 and SMNC really well for an indie game, couldn't recommend it enough if you wish to relive the days of actual fun shooters and games.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I think these guys might've fixed the design flaws of CTF game modes. This is actually really fun and has a decent skill curve, unfortunately (or fortunately if you have a stack) it's barely playable as a solo queue when you match with players who don't know what they're doing. This game truly shines when you can communicated effectively, make quick precise callouts, gain map knowledge quickly and master navigation skills. Nice little cherry on top is the music and animations, it's great! The…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Definitely not a sequence of words that was on my bingo card but yeah it looks really cool actually? (game is Last Flag for those curious)
unlabelledView post →This is what it’s all about right here. People online can be as negative as they want about a game without even playing it, but when you see people get this excited playing a game, you know you’re onto something. Last Flag is something special. I can’t wait to be able to play with everyone.
unlabelledView post →Quick play only puts you in with bots because no one is playing this game. Only a couple lobbies open. DONT BUY this game unless you just want to play bots.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →An enjoyable game that has promise but unfortunately is let down by the lack of a player base and bots.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Alot of fun for the price (for those complaining it should have been free to play: it's roughly $12 at launch...if it WAS F2P you would be complaining about micro transactions..if you want new games then support them) . Very much a casual PvP and it's kinda refreshing not to have a game covered with sweats. Just hope it gets enough players to stay alive, a console port will help that hopefully. Characters are fun, abilities are different to keep them unique.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The frustrating thing about Last Flag is that the game isn't even a week old and the games media is already declaring it a failure. You know what can really help new games succeed? When the games media talks about a game in positive or even neutral ways! It's all about how the story is framed.
unlabelledView post →I was enjoying this game for 3 matches and it was pretty fun for a while, then we realized we were just playing the same map again so wish there was more variation. What made us stop playing is a bot on our team was by the flag we needed to capture and its pathing didnt allow for it to steal the flag as it kept trying to get it through the wall. So once they improve the BOT pathing I think this game will be a bit better and you wont lose a match because of the 1-10 bot on your team endlessly…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I love this game. I don't care about only 9 characters and 2 maps, I used to mainline 24/7 ctf_2fort and casbah servers. (Though this does NOT have the problem of stalemates like TFC and TF2 CTF servers could have.) Pros: - It's fun and cheap - Has Quickplay AND Server Browser - Runs well - No battlepass or skin shop, instead has lengthy XP system which gives access to all cosmetics Cons: - Few players - Content light for modern audiences (/s)
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Beyond the great gameplay, the style and music are what really made me love this game. It’s awesome, fun, and a perfect game to spend an evening with.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Unfortunately this game was so poorly managed that it was dead after less than a month. Neat concept, but terrible management/publisher.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Please add a way to host your own servers, at least once the official ones shut down. I can see people still having fun with this. I like the cast and would like all your effort not go to waste! To be a cozy kind of comfort game we all can go back to, akin to Quake, TF2 and Doom.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →An inexpensive and really fun hero-shooter with a 70's aesthetic akin to Team Fortress 2 and an interesting spin on Capture-The-Flag. It's also completely anti-MTX, every cosmetic can be earned through an XP system, nothing is locked behind any microtransactions save for a single skin pack bundled with the OST. My only criticism has be the currently small player-base and map pool. I really do hope more people give this game a chance, it's got a ton of potential.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I don't really do reviews but this is a solid game and for a more than reasonable price. $12-$15 for a game with this amount of polish (even if a bit barebones) is more than worth it and the world as well as the characters are all very unique. The game is fun to play and chaotic but the more you play the more you get the hang of it. Gonna be keeping a close eye on this game 100%!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I interviewed Mac Reynolds, the manager of Imagine Dragons this week because Mac and his brother, the lead singer, announced a game today! (It's Last Flag, the TF2-esque capture-the-flag game.) They've been outspoken recently about Gaza and Ukraine, so I asked Mac about that...
unlabelledView post →Last Flag isn't a live-service game, it's got no battle passes or any FOMO content, you earn everything through an XP system. It's also SKG-complaint and the only other thing you can buy for it is a 5$ supporter pack DLC. This article seems written in very bad faith.
unlabelledView post →no oce servers, forces you onto singapore servers, keeps crashing and/or disconnecting from servers online. the game has potential, needs massive balancing.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Very fun game, only thing I wish was changed was more servers around the world. Playing from Aus lowest ping is 150. So more servers would be good
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Overall this game is just decent for the price you pay for. Concept is cool but hackers will definitely destroy with the match revolving around hiding an invisible flag. The only bad things I will say is that there are only 2 maps, some characters are inherently broken (idk how they will handle balancing yet), and the player base is small currently. I personally had fun playing it but I could see the game being dead in a couple of months, so make your choice with that info.
