unlabelledView post →True. Early 2000’s had these kind of tearjerkers Too. Disparagingly called chick flicks. But some are really good. The Toni Collette/Cameron Diaz movie In Her Shoes stood out to me. Only Diaz performance I really ever loved.

unlabelledView post →Watching In Her Shoes and realizing I’m 2 degrees away from Cameron Diaz and Toni Collette because I once met Eric Balfour who is also in this movie.
unlabelledView post →Such a lovely movie. Between this, L.A. Confidential before and 8 Mile and In Her Shoes afterwards, Curtis Hanson had one hell of a four film run. I was so glad when this came out on Blu-ray. Now if a boutique label could license it from Paramount and release it in 4K, that would be great, mmkay!
