I loved HOPPERS, Pixar’s best and most authored film since TURNING RED. It’s playing with familiar tropes but is so disarmingly original. In a time where people (especially the youth) feel so powerless a film about saving your backyard is so poignant. discussingfilm.net/2026/03/02/hop…
Hoppers (2026) ended up being better than I expected it to be. It’s probably the first Pixar film since Coco that’s an 8.5/10 for me. Daniel Chong’s humor is the highlight of the movie, and it has so much heart in it.
