There are so many storms that they combine into one storm covering the entire earth. That's a geostorm." "Okay, yeah, I guess that would be pretty cool to see."
unlabelledView post →2017's Geostorm is a terrible, terrible movie that gets everything possible wrong, from science to military conduct to human interaction. It's do bad, it's fun in a morbidly literary way.
unlabelledView post →if yr ever having a bad day, i recommend popping on the gerard butler hit film, GEOSTORM
unlabelledView post →Everyone desperately wants Nolan to make a horror movie for his next month while The Odyssey is clearly him trying to convince studios to let him make Geostorm 2
unlabelledView post →Zooks' family movie pick tonight is 2017's GEOSTORM. If you did a drinking game out of every time they said DUTCH BOY, you'd be dead in the first 30 minutes 😆 Solid disaster flick!
unlabelledView post →I have nearly 9000 movies on my media server. As many days as possible I am going to have Plex give me a random movie to watch. Day 1: Geostorm (2017) letterboxd.com/gleasonryan/...
unlabelledView post →Intern put Geostorm, a movie, to babysit me while I work. I instantly screamed at him at how unreal it is, "in 2019,the world got together? Haaaaaa. US AND CHINA WORKED TOGETHER? HAAAAA? US Space Station... Do we even have one at this point?" The most realistic thing IS a geostorm at this point
unlabelledView post →Watched Geostorm last night. 1. Cheesy 2. Not the best disaster movie but decent 3. Gerard Butler 4. Might make actual scientists have an aneurysm
unlabelledView post →I can't explain it but Geostorm is the same movie as Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire.
unlabelledView post →Don't you hate it when you come up with a cool new story idea and then slowly realize you're actually describing the movie Geostorm?
unlabelledView post →watching GEOSTORM, the Gerard Butler science fiction disaster movie that got a high enough budget for good effects, possibly by accident. Lots of fun, I say
unlabelledView post →"Geo storm may refer to: Geo Storm, an automobile Geostorm, a 2017 American disaster film GunForce II, a 1994 Irem arcade game called Geo Storm in Japan"
unlabelledView post →Was watching GEOSTORM as my Saturday bad movie to have on in the background and gave up on it when I realized the plot is literally "the evil Democrats have a weather-control device they're using to take control of the world."
unlabelledView post →Her are my #LastFourWatched on #LetterboxdFriday Gimme Shelter was a re-watch, and I'm a sucker for disaster films like Geostorm. They Drive By Night was part of our #NoirAlley night, and The Naked Kiss was a wild first for me. #FilmSky #TCMParty #LetterBoxd
unlabelledView post →#lastfourwatched Started off with a terrific performance from Osment. Visually lovely film. Gone Baby Gone had me questioning how I would handle those situations and decisions. I'm pretty good at turning off the brain but, Geostorm was such a fucking dud though 🤣. #letterboxdfriday 📽️ 🎥 🍿

unlabelledView post →CANNOT WAIT. DAY. ONE. Have you seen Geostorm? Sensationally good bad film. I shout 'GEOSTORM' every time there's bad weather. cc @julesfoddy
unlabelledView post →this is not the worst time I have had watching a film in the last 10 years, but I think it is hands down Geostorm (2017). It is probably the single most incompetent disaster film in existence, considering the resources it had - the plot, the visuals, the acting, literally *every* choice was wrong.
unlabelledView post →next up: GEOSTORM god I love this movie
unlabelledView post →For as bad of a movie as it actually is, Geostorm is pretty fun and entertaining. Brings me back to the big disaster movies of the 90’s, it’s going for Armageddon but hits more of a Deep Impact note. Either way the line “Thank the Mexican” is pure gold.
unlabelledView post →Watching the terrible movie Geostorm, which I thought was the name of a car.
unlabelledView post →It’s our favorite time of the year over @tctampod.bsky.social , Gerarduary! This year, we’re covering the classic #GeoStorm where Gerard Butler chills on a space station watching the world get wrecked. #filmsky #movies #GerardButler #art podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/t...

unlabelledView post →I would've totally given Geostorm an A+ if it was the same movie but there was a scene where Mandy Patinkin holds up a revived Gerard Butler and says "let me catch you up to speed...no wait, that'll take too long."
unlabelledView post →#NW #NowWatching GEOSTORM (2017) bc Letterboxd had it listed as a "similar film" to 2012, Moonfall, San Andreas, & The Core, & the premise sounds AMAZING: the world comes together to build a weather control machine to stop the climate crisis but it TURNS AGAINST US LFGGG!!! #Filmsky #Moviesky 🎥🎬
unlabelledView post →most disappointed to learn movie GEOSTORM is not about the car
unlabelledView post →I see you Geostorm and raise you Greenland! Top tier Gerard Butler disaster movie.
unlabelledView post →Like movie Geostorm? No thanks. What a dumb woman.
unlabelledView post →This is a U.S. Congresswoman. One of the dumbest people in the U.S. Someone tell her Geostorm was JUST a movie! Not a documentary.
unlabelledView post →2012 is probably the last disaster movie we needed. Geostorm, Greenland, Moonfall etc. not necessary! None of you have the sway of 2009 Roland Emmerich and will never live up to that level again.
unlabelledView post →Was looking for something extremely silly and settled on Geostorm, a DISASTER movie, my favorite of the silly movie genres
unlabelledView post →GEOSTORM, aka the greatest movie to feature a character named Sarah driving a car in reverse into a lightning storm while shooting at the assassins trying to kill the president who is a passenger in her car (and who tells her boyfriend to marry her) is on!

unlabelledView post →Disaster films, even the bad ones, are my favorite things to watch late at night. Ironically, while Greenland was actually a good film in its own right, Gerard Butler's earlier disaster movie Geostorm was a trainwreck. It was so over the top that it was peak "bad disaster film" in the best way.

unlabelledView post →Tonight's distraction movie is The Day After Tomorrow (2004) starring Dennis Quaid, Jake Gyllenhaal, Sela Ward and Emmy Rossum. Think I might do a double feature of ridiculous weather movies with Geostorm after.
unlabelledView post →I view these movies as akin to disaster movies, which are my kryptonite. Though I couldn't make it past the first Fallen movie. Honestly, all of Butler's disaster movies stink. I am super forgiving of disaster flicks, but I thought Geostorm was a turd
unlabelledView post →Bizarrely I was thinking of Geostorm this morning before I saw your post. The first ten minutes of this film almost killed me, as I was laughing so hard and found it difficult to breathe. This and Moonfall are top level crazy films. I am so glad they exist.
unlabelledView post →TIL that the second Guy Ritchie Sherlock Holmes movie and ‘Geostorm’ were both written by the ‘You double dipped the chip!’ guy from Seinfeld. …This information is the absolute DEFINITION of ‘…Huh!’
unlabelledView post →Fancying a silly film with lots of doings, yet not something I've seen, I settled on Dean Devlin's Geostorm. How did I miss hearing anything about this? It's standard vis f/x disaster movie stuff, but ideal for a Sunday afternoon with a beer. It would've been huge 20 years ago.
unlabelledView post →Fun Fact. The 2017 movie Geostorm does not have a single Geo Storm in the movie.
unlabelledView post →Watching #geostorm on netflixs right now..... that film in which a USA government ignores climate change specialist, takes over everything to run it their way cause they know better and the 🌎 collapses into chaos. Seemed a fit....
unlabelledView post →Apparently it's been 7 whole years since I saw GEOSTORM (2017) at the theaters.
unlabelledView post →At the end of June, I ordered the Geostorm BD from Amazon because one vendor listed it as a prime delivery and for $4. It's a dumbass movie but I enjoy these dumbass disaster films. It's *finally* shipped because the vendor never had it and I refused to cancel it. Gimma cheap dumb movie.
