The only thing I've noticed different from original other than main song revamp is that there was a very cute poster for a game also released by Alchemist at the time is not present. To get a True ending, you need not only to choose right lines, but also carefully choose secondary girls, because they affect your stats, and that affect depends on the girl, not your shooting skills. So glad to have this finally in the west and in PC. I remember when I bought this game back as a joke to test the playstation move, and ended up hooked to it. As this was initially designed for a controller, it gets easier with a keyboard and mouse, so be sure to select the higher difficulty for more enjoyment. Also Patako best girl
