positive · AI labelView post →Forbidden Fruits (2026) Every few years there needs to a "cute witches" movie or show. This is that.

neutral · AI labelView post →Aside from a memorably gnarly death by escalator, FORBIDDEN FRUITS just doesn't live up to the hype. "MEAN GIRLS meets THE CRAFT" is a decent concept for a movie, I suppose, but the execution is half assed, culminating in a baffling 3rd act where the mean girl witches stuff is dropped entirely.

neutral · AI labelView post →FORBIDDEN FRUITS is on Shudder now! This movie is for fashionable femmes, gays, mean women, and anyone who loves them. Genuinely some of the most fun I have had watching a horror movie this year and such an achievement for an indie film with really only 4 characters.

neutral · AI labelView post →Forbidden Fruits is so stupid and great Its an indie movie that is a mix of Legally Blonde and The Craft 😭😂
positive · AI labelView post →My sister had to come out to my parents for like the sixth time. They just pretend they don't hear it. So operation Not-Subtle Propaganda commences. I was visiting for the long weekend and put on movies with LGBT characters to get them desensitized (sensitized?) to the idea of gay people existing. Ok, so maybe *Forbidden Fruits* wasn't one to include in this first wave. TBF, I don't think either parent clocked the gayness. They are so stubbornly blind to it. Now accepting suggestions for next…
neutral · AI labelView post →Public Service Announcement to go watch Forbidden Fruits. I don’t know what you think it is, but it isn’t that. It feels like a movie you’d watch during Midnight Madness at TIFF and then not hear about a release for years. See it in a crowd!
positive · AI labelView post →Now seated for FORBIDDEN FRUITS #filmsky #horrorsky
neutral · AI labelView post →Movie schedules and screeners for this week: Regal's Monday Mystery Movie: Horror Edition (might be one of the two screeners from later in the week?), FORBIDDEN FRUITS, THEY WILL KILL YOU, EXIT 8, and FACES OF DEATH. negative · AI labelView post →325) Forbidden Fruits 7/10 It's really hard not to rate this based on the movie it could have been. It has some great moments trying to balance Mean Girls and The Craft, but the mixture doesn't quite blend.
