The story is entertaining and each player has 6 sub-stories to know them better. Also it has the post-game mode (inside the "Continue" option) where you can play the other teams with increased stats, making it like a hard mode with endless replayability.

It's straight-up a football title with a gameplay that is strongly based on the Blitzball minigame from Final Fantasy X. The gameplay is pretty simple and straight-forward, but for someone such as me who really loved playing Blitzball, is still a lot of fun. It could have been a great manager sim style game where you train the players and then chose formations and play style then let them play. Or player collector where as you win you make money to do things to get lots of unique players and have a team that can very on offense and defense. Or lastly keeping it the way it is and just making it a full eroge/ecchi game that isn't just a VN.

RNG can screw you over sometimes, like losing a 90% chance action, but overall the gameplay it's not hard. If you lose a match, you keep your exp and get to play again until you win. It's more of the length/duration of each match that drags out the hours played rather than the difficulty. I beat the entire game, skipped most of the visual novel stuff [since Im here for the gameplay], so if you actually read it, it'll take longer than 6-7 hours [maybe 10+] I'd recommend it since it's a chill game, but it's not that strategic. I wish the gameplay was more fleshed out. That's all.
