Just found out that FALL, the actually pretty good 2022 survival-thriller about two women who get stuck in a really high place, is getting a 2026 sequel, FALL 2, about two different women who get stuck in a really high place. Never let it be said the film industry has run out of ideas.

A plank walk on Mount Kwan in Thailand features in Fall 2: Deadpoint, but it's not as thrilling at the first one. 3 out of 5 film-authority.com/2026/09/15/f...

This film (PG-13) had my anxiety kick in real good lol. Couple of scenes had me squirming in my seat. Bring on part 3!🫣 Film 7/10 #horrormovies #horrorfilms #physicalmedia #fall2

neutral · AI labelView post →Went to see Fall 2 which I hadn't really watched trailers for. Thought it unrelated to first but protag is sister of girl who died in 1, weeks after the first movie. And I was shocked it set up a grudge match with her and MC of 1 in a 3rd movie which I really hope happens

neutral · AI labelView post →FALL 2: DEADPOINT! An unnecessary sequel to the relatively focused and modestly scaled climbing/survival thriller. I was rooting for this movie, partly because it's directed by the Spierig bros (DAYBREAKERS, PREDESTINATION). Alas and alack! More @avclub.com: www.avclub.com/fall-2-deadp...

I assume, even if it had no chance, that includes Fall 2: Deadpoint can't qualify either?
