60 of 90 · most liked firstI really really really really wanted to like this game. It has all the fun parts of Satisfactry/Factorio without the tedium of having to "physically" run around and connect things. But, they somehow made it MORE tedious than the demo! For instance, in the demo to explore, you clicked on an area to explore, it showed you what was there, then you clicked explore, job done. Now, you have to click on the area, click on a button to even see what's there, then you have to find an engineer to do…

Another deviation from the demo version. A stupid idea, in my opinion. What do you thinking - make this for…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →An incremental game with elements from games like satisfactory/factorio. The buildings are cards you have to place on the board and link together to produce items. The art style is cool but some UX elements need improvement (Devs if you read this, The difference between objects stored inside a machine, objects stored on the right bar, and objects stored as CARDS inside the bottom bar is maybe a bit overwhelming, maybe the UI or UX could be simplified or consolidated a bit to give the player a…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Final Edit (Back to negative): The issues I listed below weren't gamebreaking, however, I'm now hardlocked due to either a bug or a design flaw, I'm not sure which. The game will not provide me with engineers, either from exploration or from the trader, capable of acquiring sand or water, leaving my progression stuck. I'll be putting the game on the backburner, and I'll hope the devs can work this stuff out before I try it again. ---------------------------- My initial impressions missed…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Great concept, but the late game is too messy and unfinished to recommend right now The first hours are really enjoyable. Discovering how everything works feels fresh, especially because buildings are represented as cards, with inputs and outputs that you connect together. Building production chains, upgrading things, and slowly expanding the factory is fun at the beginning. Unfortunately, the further you get, the more the game starts to fall apart. For a factory-building game, there…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Horrible tutorial, controls are awful, the "engineers" is a terrible poorly implemented idea, graphics are questionable. feels like I'm playing a mobile game that was put onto pc for some reason. Hope this "early access" game gets a lead developer who knows what their doing at some point.

I will come back to check it after some time. 1. In a single word, tedious. The quite important "technology progress" in gameplay means "click on a time-limited button every time if appears and close it because you cant fulfill the request" and since you're doing it all the time it keeps interrupting your actual factory planning gameplay.…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →First up, the memory leak is fixed, hooray! Play remains snappy as long as you last. This is a great "relaxation" game, gameplay is straight forward and there is no need to rush. Nothing is coming to smash down your factory. Resouces can be mined indefinitely, so you won't hard lock your game by turning all your iron into iron boxes when you needed some to make steel. The game is still early access and many things seem to still be being tuned. Resource requirements for certain items seem…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I like the game play loop but the game is in serious need of optimization. I am starting to lag just with 400+ cards on play. I need to wait 3-5 seconds whenever I open the Menu to save the game, the menu is unresponsive for that period every time just closing and opening the setting menu can occasionally cause the window's program not responding prompt. The game allows you to get up to 1500 cards not sure how playable the game is once I reached 800 or 1000+ cards. I'm on a mid - high end…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I have a reminder to check back here in 60 days. The concept is great, and relaxing. The absolute lack of creature comforts, and click happy (is it escape, or right click... hmm), wanna copy a recipe? manually click each factory, click the tab, click the item, rinse repeat for every factory manually. You can select multiple buildings, can't configure them. I wasn't able to get the game to run over 10fps at 430 cards. It's unplayable for me. That's my rig: Intel Ultra 7 265KF (20C/20T) |…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Factory Planner is a thoughtful and unconventional entry into the factory-building genre that trades conveyor belts and sprawling grids for a flexible, card-driven planning system. Developed by Lebleby Games and published by Red Axe Games, the game approaches industrial optimization as a strategic puzzle rather than a purely spatial exercise. From the outset, it positions itself as a sandbox for experimentation, inviting players to design, refine, and rethink production chains without the rigid…

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This would be a big contender for a neutral review, but since I have to pick I would not recommend it at the time. However I will definitly keep an eye on it. In general I really like the look of the game and the way you have to plan out the factory, but there's a lot missing at the moment which makes it too frustrating to continue. TLDR: Not a bad game, but at times tedious and hard to manage. - There is no map overview as far as I can tell, neither can you give a shortkey to find parts of…

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Cool game. Its a card version of factorio. The game needs music and the tutorial needs voice over so people can feel more immersed into the game. Lots of reading at first. But once you get the hang of the game, it gets easy. Laid back factory strategy game, once you get the hang of it, its a pretty cool game. I had to stop playing after 4 hours, because I was falling asleep. Not because the game was boring, It was because there is nothing in the background accept some very atmospheric…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Seems promising, but it's kind of frustrating to play right now -- needs lots of quality of life improvements. Looking forward to seeing it grow. Here's my nits in case the developers notice: Getting basic info requires lots of clicks. If you want to know the rate that something is being produced or consume, you have to click and change tabs for each thing. Contrast to Factorio, where the key info is always available on hover. Needless recipe selection: many basic devices require you to…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →So far Factory Planner shaping up to be a great card-based factory / idler hybrid. Really digging the clean, minimalistic presentation. Great card artwork and love the machinery animations. Tech tree looks to run pretty deep too giving the game an inviting front-end while also sporting depth. All told this feels like I nice casual experience coming in at a sweet opening price.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Really solid idea. I would never even thought of a card based factory game. If you get this join the discord. There are a lot of tips and such on there and people who can help with bottlenecks and such. There are a few bugs but the game is really cheap and early access. With that said its really fun. I have a pretty unique way of setting up my factory so I was pretty pumped to share it in the discord. I honestly think the way I handle resource gathering could be the standard. Just so much fun…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The idea is GREAT, the execution is poor. The idea that you just take the planning part of a factory game (sometimes the most engaging) and make that the whole game is amazing. The execution is unfortunately bad. The user interface is clunky and takes too many clicks and menus to do anything. The reason people use factory planner tools is because its easier and faster to plan it out before spending the time building it in game. The UI exectuion on this is so poor that its actually faster…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →TLDR; If you want to try this game, try the demo first and wait for a performance fix before purchasing. In its current state is essentially unplayable as you enter Hub Tier 2 leading into Hub Tier 3. For reference: 64GB RAM, RTX 4080, Ryzen 9 7950X. This game was suggested to me by someone I trust in the factory game genre. While the concept is amazing, and the beginning is quite fun, after about 15-20 minutes of gameplay with around 100-200 cards down, the game starts to stutter. There…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Great concept, but performance issues make it unplayable after about 4 hours of factory progress. The developers have been releasing daily hotfixes since launch, so I plan to update this review in a month to see if it improves. Conclusion: Do not buy yet. It is better to wait until performance is more stable.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →One day in and already 8 hours of game time. Love the idle aspect mixed with logistics and automation! Super satisfying when you complete a long chain of products. Keep up the good work, would highly recommend if you like factory style games! 10/10!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Really enjoyed this one. It’s chill, but still makes you think when setting up production lines and fixing your mess later. The card-based factory building is simple to get into and pretty satisfying once things start flowing properly. Definitely worth checking out if you like optimization games.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →In the beginning you can find enjoyment in learning the ropes and getting to new items. But that teters off incredibly quickly and almost everything turns into a chore. placing a building 10 times, connecting power 10 times connecting inputs 20 times. it's just not an interesting way to make a factory. you need to make literally every item since you need it for one machine or upgrade, and there are a LOT of items none of them offer any challenge other than working the required ingredients out…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Incredible factory game with many different paths you can follow to complete the next HUB objective
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Still no update on the "Resolution-Topic" after 1-2 Months. "The game doesn't have a 3840*2160 resolution option; it jumps directly from 2560*1440 to 3440*1440, and then to 5120*1440."
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →a simple yet really fun factory/automation type of game, seems easy to run with most devices as well due to its simplicity, although sometimes when ive played for long periods of time it would crash, but it is only in early access so its to be expected to have some bugs/issues, i cant wait to see it out of early access with more content to better improve the machines/explorations, and merchant. would highly reccoment this game to the ones who like the easy playthrough for factory games
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is a trap. You sit down for “just 10 minutes” and suddenly it’s 2am and you’re redesigning layouts like your life depends on it.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Nice factory card game. Devs are engaging and actively working on updates. (performance issues recently fixed among other things). It is EA currently so has some known items. I am not holding it against the devs as they are diligently working and these things are to be expected for a game just entering EA. If you are interested in this type of game, get it. If some small issue currently with producing an item is going to really bug you then just wait a bit as they should be sorted out…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Since it's early access things are subject to change but currently not worth it. Memory leaks, clunky UI, "Splitter's warehouse is running out of space", why can I can't complete a quest as I receive it? Worst is performance, game started to ♥♥♥♥ itself after ~300 cards. I can slam 3000 buildings at the same time in Factorio and game doesn't even stutter and it has real graphics instead of cards. Performance hit is not about game logic itself but memory leak, if you restart the game it returns…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →TLDR: Super Chill Top Down Factory Sim thats fun to min/max. The "Card" element may be off-putting looking but don't let it bother you at all. This isn't any different than Factorio or Dyson Sphere in actual gameplay except you get to place your own resources down which is epic. My only complaint is one that everyone who has left a review on has.. Having to click on something to see what the output is.. is a pain for a factory game. The game has 5 different view options and one of them…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Really cool idea. It is fun to play, and lands somewhere in the middle of difficulty of factory games. I like the concept, and think its neat how you can add in the robots, and that it has like an exploration mode for new resources.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Congratulations to the developers; you truly have a fantastic game here. As someone who respects the grind of indie studios, I want this game to succeed. However, I’m leaving a negative review for now to highlight critical issues that hinder the experience. 1. Performance & Technical Health Memory Leak: There is a severe memory leak. After ~2 hours of continuous play, performance degrades significantly. It’s currently outperforming Google Chrome in RAM consumption. The Solution:…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Had this wishlisted 24 Feb 2025 (roughly) played the demo 1.0, first sparks (story/demo), demo 2.0 and now playing the EA. Been enjoying playing everything from start to end and will continue to enjoy playing this with whatever is added or planed or any qol features added
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →By my experience so far, game is quite fun. Yes, there are few little bugs to fix but its not as problematic as some people constantly complaining about. Also as i saw from a few reviews about ai, i think people confused cards and engineers as ai. Obviously they are not ... Overall its a nice game and definetly recomend it.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →When I bought this game this morning it had mixed reviews. But it looked so cool that I had to try it anyway. I'm loving the game so far. I see that this evening it now has Mostly Positive reviews. :) This game rocks! If you like Satisfactory, Factorio, etc. then you'll love this. This game takes those other games and reduces them to their most core components. You don't have to find places to put your buildings, or lug resources around to build them. If you have the resources, you…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The gameplay is good, there is good progression and development of the tech tree as you go. That said, it's early access, so expect some QoL improvements to come and the occasional bug. The tutorial is decent but will require some tweaking as the game nears release. For now, you can expect to make it through without many issues. I fell afoul of an issue during the exploration phase, where it was possible to view the engineers to explore, and the areas but the engineer wasn't assingable until I…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The visuals are clean, well designed, and polished. Overall, it feels like a high-quality, thoughtfully made game so far.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →easy to access factory game for a very cheap price and easily 10s of hours of gaming. Looking forward to see what the development bring, what's being added, whats being improved. But even if it was to be done developing now, no regret on the purchase.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game seems to be playable. It has some nice features, still a lot to work on from the devs. I'm at the maximum play time before some fixes are required.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It looks pretty promising based on the trailer, but since I’ve seen quite a lot of negative reviews, I’d rather wait for the full release to keep my experience fresh( After all, this is still just early access ). Hopefully you guys will continue to improve it.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Really solid factory game. Well thought out.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Its a fun little game. There are many issues with the UI, and some gameplay design choices, but maybe the dev is or devs are active, they will fix them. Overall the idea is very good.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Game is great, but I'm too dumb and lazy for it.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I like the format of the game. I am able to focus on the logistics of the game and do not have to spend time exploring a world.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Factory Planner is awesome, it's really fun to build and optimize stuff. Definitely worth it
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Love the game all tho not clear on how i am supposed to produce such large orders when i only have hub 1.0 available
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Great game, and the developers are actively improving it. There is still a lot to be desired, but I hope we can get there. A mass upgrade option for cards will be nice, or group upgrades, for example, sandbox mode, and more production trees. In general very amusing game with decent complexity
