Watch the 2023 Argentinian horror movie When Evil Lurks, it remains one of my favourite movies of recent years, relentlessly bleak, shockingly gory, and fascinating mythology of its own. Look up nothing about it, trust me.
neutral · AI labelView post →Evil Dead Burn is a mean, bloody, and fiery rollercoaster, but the real takeaway is how insanely hot the movie’s director is.
positive · AI labelView post →Bruce Campbell's message to anyone who plans on seeing EVIL DEAD BURN in theaters? "If you've never seen an Evil Dead movie before, you might want to practice before seeing this one." Watch Evil Dead movies. Always good advice. 🔥🔥In theaters July 10.🔥🔥
neutral · AI labelView post →Came out of Evil Dead Burn to find the parking garage locked up tight, unable to enter. Eventually the movie theater was able to solve it for me and get my car out of the garage to which I said, "you know, this is how a horror movie starts..."

neutral · AI labelView post →Pretty good!! I enjoyed it!! Being an Evil Dead fan is so easy because there hasn’t really been a bad film so far somehow Current series ranking (from fav to least fav) is: Evil Dead 2 Evil Dead Rise Army of Darkness Evil Dead Burn The Evil Dead Evil Dead (2013)
positive · AI labelView post →According to EVIL DEAD BURN director Sébastien Vaniček, at least one brutally violent scene had to be trimmed a bit to get the film an 'R' rating. He tells @sfxmagazine.bsky.social, "The director’s cut will be way more violent than what we will have in the theater."
neutral · AI labelView post →Watched 'Evil Dead Burn' last night. Only 2 of us there lol. I'll just say this... If you like 'Evil Dead 2013' and 'Rise' you'll like this 👌🏻 Gnarly and gory AF! There is CGI near the end but it didn't take me out of the movie. Plus the 1hr 50min run time flew by. Yeah, I was entertained 📽👌🏻🤘🏻

neutral · AI labelView post →EVIL DEAD BURN features a bad-ass female lead worthy of the crown. While probably my least favorite film of the franchise, there were plenty of cringe-worthy moments. neutral · AI labelView post →Forget the games or lame movies, the only thing you need to know about Resident Evil, Zach Cregger's follow up to hits Barbarian and Weapons is that it's a brilliant horror film AND action movie that makes Evil Dead Burn or 28 Years Later look like junk. 5 out of 5 film-authority.com/2026/09/19/r...
neutral · AI labelView post →I don’t usually trash other people’s work, but I’ll make one exception. Evil Dead Burn is by far the worst movie I’ve seen this year and the nonsensical script easily makes it the weakest ED film. I think they were going for French extreme, but it just came out cruel and stupid.

neutral · AI labelView post →I (and a whole bunch of other people) laughed our asses off in EVIL DEAD BURN. YMMV, and no spoilers here, but if you don’t laugh at the below moment in the film, you might be actively trying to not laugh.

Things are really heating up - and not just because we recorded this in a heatwave - because @badmoviebible.bsky.social joined me to watch Evil Dead Burn, the nastiest, goriest, most extreme entry yet. neutral · AI labelView post →EVIL DEAD BURN... exhilarating filmmaking! Some impressive work, and beautifully shot! The now-notorious moment of animal harm is actually handled pretty gingerly (in terms of what is actually shown). Some viewers find the film boring? Hm, not sure how. Filmmaker Sébastien Vaniček is one to watch.
positive · AI labelView post →#NowWatching Evil Dead Burn (2026) Dir: Sébastien Vaniček
neutral · AI labelView post →I'm sympathetic to the constraints of the publishing world but it's like if the film industry said "if enough of you don't prebuy tickets to Evil Dead Burn two months in advance then we're going to put it in 2000 fewer theaters and maybe cancel the next Evil Dead movie, and it will be your fault."
neutral · AI labelView post →Time for a #rewatch of this nasty piece of work. Cannot wait for Evil Dead Burn. Hopefully we see Jane Levy back one day in a future movie. #horrorsky #filmsly #filmcommunity

negative · AI labelView post →I reviewed Evil Dead Burn for work. I found it loathsome. You gotta earn handling domestic violence in this kind of horror movie. Otherwise this just comes off as vile cruelty. www.vulture.com/article/revi...

neutral · AI labelView post →What do you have to do to get an 18 certificate these days? What do you have to do to get a one star review? The answer to both these questions turns out to be Evil Dead Burn, by my count the 6th entry in a ugly, tired franchise. Evil Dead Don't Bother. 1 out of 5 film-authority.com/2026/07/10/e...

neutral · AI labelView post →Had a spoopy movie night w/ friendos and saw Evil Dead Burn and Hereditary. Both were fun; the first in a kinda goofy way and the second in an intriguing way.
positive · AI labelView post →Watching EVIL DEAD BURN and it’s wild to me that no one of these non-Raimi filmmakers takes the fundamental lessons of the originals to heart. These movies focus on the gore and its discomfort alone and they become so much like any other possession horror film. Just pale imitations.

neutral · AI labelView post →Saw Evil Dead Burn before it leaves cinemas. It was an entertaining splattercore film about the costs of escaping domestic violence on survivors, but also a kind of edgelord black metal album of a film full of perplexing cinematic horror taboo breaking that'll make you go "ok I guess"
