Everybody's Golf Hot Shots is a golf video game developed by Hyde and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment. The game was released for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and Windows. It is the first entry in the long-running Everybody's Golf series in eight years, following Everybody's Golf (2017), and the first to be developed by Hyde instead of long-time developer Clap Hanz. The gameplay is decent but the characters and their repeated over and over voice lines are absolute trash. The progression system for characters is so unnecessary. I should not have to grind a character for several hours to make them usable. unlabelledView post →This is NOTHING like the Playstation games. The physics are off, the frame rate is all over the place, the graphics are awful. I love this series having played Everybody's Golf on the PSP, PS3 and PS4, even the VR version and I can comfortably say that all those versions are superior to this crap. Do yourself a favour and just emulate the Playstation versions if you want to play on PC. It doesn't matter which because they are all better than this.

If you didn't play that one, and you have a PS4, play that one instead. If you have PS+ Extra, that game is free. If not, it's $20. Literally half the price at the time of this review, and 3x the fun in my opinion.

If it was performance problems they seem to have been resolved, I have no trouble running the game at all.
