negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Why do they ask for personal information? If you don't give it to them, you can't play the full game, only one mode!
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →they asked for my social security number so obviously i gave it to them and they committed identity theft against me
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Dream Pinball 3D is a pretty simplistic pinball game and it has some stiff competition. Since there's no story we're jumping straight to the graphics. Graphics: One thing that make a pinball table special is the artwork behind the glass and well when it comes to virtual pinball that also is pretty important, however I'm sad to say that this game completely fails in this department. There's only 6 tables and they are literally all the same table with the artwork and the sound effects changed.…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →1) never take steam reviews seriously unless it is "overwhelmingly" positive/negative; perhaps not even that!. 2) the majority of negative reviews is because people cannot either find the time to locate the cd-key (it is just in the manage section, it is that easy!) or they do not want to provide their "personal data". People cannot wrap around their heads the idea that games used to have cd-keys (it is an old game, guys!) and the Steam version kept that way, although if you purchase from GOG…

unlabelledView post →The game suffers from poor physics, limited features, and repetitive gameplay that quickly become boring.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →im lucky i got a key for this because paying for something that you cant even play without giving them your address is terrible the only good thing about this game is grinding it for steam trading cards
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →While you might be tempted to pick this up on sale, I'm just going to say i probably isn't worth it. The tables aren't bad, and I have no real complaints with those. My complaint is that you'll have to register the game through an antiquated method that's unreasonable at this point in time.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Continuing to get into pinball shape for #SFGE2025 with Dream Pinball 3D for the Nintendo Wii. It’s a game everyone disliked but is actually totally fine! youtu.be/yii3Dx2YZI8?...

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Irritating registration process, prone to crashing, and one of the most useless nudging mechanics I've ever seen in a digital pinball game. Don't bother.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Despite the many negative ratings due to users not succeeding to register/unlock the full product - despite that, the truth is: 1. The product can be registered / fully unlocked! But it is easy to fail, here. Read discussions on the community hub for directions (search for "registration"). 2. The game can be run on Steam Deck (using default Proton v7.0-4, as of this writing). Fullscreen. 3. It is a great good looking pinball game, still! 4. I only remember the tables to have been others,…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Dream Pinball 3D, developed by ASK Homework and published by TopWare Interactive, attempts to deliver a visually engaging and mechanically approachable digital pinball experience centered around themed tables, varied ball materials, and an accessible learning curve. Rather than presenting itself as a hardcore simulation aimed at purists, the game positions itself as a casual-friendly introduction to digital pinball—something colorful, fast-paced, and immediately understandable. Its structure is…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The ball physics are weird, the tables are monotonous, the cameras are awkward. It gets boring quickly, I don't recommend it.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Ah Hec Nah Dawg
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It reminds me of the Pinball game I used to play on Windows XP. There are better ways to kill time nowadays, this is not needed anymore.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I should not have to register on a SEPARATE FORUM to make a STEAM GAME function
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Easily the worst pinball game I've ever played. What in the heck is this antiquated registration process? A CD key ought to suffice. I spent exactly $1.00 on this game and I still feel ripped off. Buy a different pinball game, go find your grandma's old computer and boot up 3D Pinball: Space Cadet, or, better yet, go find a bar that has pinball machines.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game will not allow me to activate the CD key, saying that it has already been activated. It then tells me to call the phone number for the activation hotline and this number is disconnected. All in all, i can only play the demo mode which is 1 table and nothing more. The 90 minutes in game were about 10 minutes of playing that 1 table and the rest has been trying to get the activation to work for the game I already paid for. I have requested a refund.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Dream Pinball 3D is a decent enough effort, but it arrives a couple months after the most excellent Pinball Hall of Fame: The Williams Collection. The Williams game costs an extra $10, but its realistic physics and more interesting tables make the extra expense more than worth it.

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I still like it. Its an oldie but a goldie. It does not support your modern high resolutions but the basic gameplay is still solid. Reminds me more of the real thing than most Pinballs out there.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →game has black bars. game does not detect my gpu and can not select fullhd resolution
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The flippers respond like they're powered by dial up internet. The ball moves like it's being rendered on a toaster. Every table looks like it was textured by Microsoft Word ClipArt 2003 Edition. I didn't play pinball... I witnessed pinball. Buy this if you want to explain to your friends what "ironic gaming" means. 10/10 experience for masochists and meme collectors.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It works with Proton 7.0-6 on Linux/Debian 11 Operating System. Funcionou com Proton 7.0-6 no Sistema Operacional Linux/Debian 11.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →it's with a heavy heart that I have to say, Dream Pinball 3D is unplayable on modern hardware, even with compatibility modes enabled...
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If I was willing to buckle down could I possible figure out how to make this work? Maybe. But I'm not gonna do that. Be aware if you buy this game it will not work out of the box you will need to get the CD key, it will ask you to register you game and provide a bunch of personal info I selected activate later and the game crashed
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game literally asks you to dox yourself after making you MANUALLY TYPE IN A CD KEY. Then the resolution options just don't go above 1600x1200. If that wasn't bad enough I COULDN'T EVEN PLAY THE GAME BECAUSE IT MADE 4 ERRORS POP UP ON MY PC AND JUST FROZE. 10/10 game 100% spend $7 on it. The game can't really get to know you unless you dox yourself to it.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The developer is so paranoid about piracy and obsessed with getting their pound of flesh that they require you to manually enter a CD-KEY and activate the product just to play it. ♥♥♥♥ these guys. It's a pinball game, not a AAA title.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Skip the negative reviews. Most of them were written by people who can't even properly install the game and they cannot read the information given to them. It's a good and solid pinball game with six tables of different variety. Each of them has its own main theme and specificity. My favourite is Amber Moon aka Two Worlds (that's what it's called in the cd and demo versions - it promoted the game of the same title, I don't know why the name was changed) with excellent music by Harold…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Horrible camera
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →best pinball game ive ever played personally ((besides the real ones) also only one) and it was super fun and imersive i felt as if i was really playing pin the graphics are so good my 3080 had no problem with it i think maybe only worth if free or on sale but 10/10 the music is also top notch
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →terrible DRM crap. upgrade pc and no game everytime
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Rating: 8.4/10 Dream Pinball 3D is a classic digital pinball simulator that delivers an authentic arcade experience with creative table designs, realistic physics, and impressive visual effects. While it shows its age and has received mixed reviews over the years, it still offers enjoyable gameplay for players looking for a traditional pinball experience with a few unique twists.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →bro i sht myself
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Good game for it's time, people comparing this to Pinball FX and complaining is wild to me. The physics aren't perfect, and the ball movement is a little sluggish, but certainly playable. The music, art and sound effects are so good, very fitting for the era of pinball this game is emulating. I recommend only for people who can appreciate older game aesthetics, it's clunky for sure. I almost didn't buy it because of all the negative reviews, I'm glad I ignored them and did my own research.…
