Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo
Deuce Bigalow is a less than attractive, down on his luck aquarium cleaner. One day he wrecks the house of a gigolo and needs quick money to repair it. The only way he can make it is to become a gigolo himself, taking on an unusual mix of female clients. He encounters a couple of problems, though. He falls in love with one of his unusual clients, and a sleazy police officer is hot on his trail. From TMDB

unlabelledView post →Update: I'm always glad when I soldier through and get to the theater for a 10 PM movie despite being exhausted. And now to unfurl the celluloid brilliance of tonight's movie, which is called Deuce Bigalow Male Gigolo and stars a comedian named Robert Schneider!

unlabelledView post →Those who want to argue that The Hot Chick was actually a greater film than Deuce Bigalow will need to start a separate thread.

unlabelledView post →I would like to say this. I want to see that Deuce Bigalow movie now.
unlabelledView post →I remember watching Deuce Bigalow and honestly being shocked how empathetic it ended up being to all of the characters. For a long time, it made me think more highly of Rob S., who came off as crass and a bit snivling in everything else. It's now clear someone else made DBMJ a kinder movie.
unlabelledView post →The best thing that Deuce Bigalow brought us was Roger Ebert's shot back at Schneider bitching about another movie critic's dressing down of European Gigolo and Columbia Pictures:
unlabelledView post →When I was still working as an arts critic, I went with one of the movie critics to see Deuce Bigalow, Male Gigolo II so he could review it. The movie was in a full theater on a college campus. It was dead silent the entire runtime of the movie. No one laughed or spoke or even coughed.

I have a vague idea of what I'm getting in for and none of it is giving me good vibes #FilmSky boxd.it/Rboxo

unlabelledView post →She is such a good comedy actress. It broke my heart when I read her biography because she talks about it and basically it was beacause of her looks which just sucks. Thought only came up because Deuce Bigalow was on for the 20 millionth time and ugh, people who never deserved a movie.

unlabelledView post →I realized today that the movie title, "Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo" is redundant because a gigolo is a male escort. It's like when someone says "A.T.M. Machine" which is essentially saying "Automatic Teller Machine Machine". Probably the only Rob Schneider movie i actually enjoyed.
unlabelledView post →Exactly. He doesn't bring anything worthwhile to the table. The only movie that was remotely good without Sandler was Deuce Bigalow and he wasn't even in the top ten reasons to watch it 🤣 could have been pretty much any unappealing actor
unlabelledView post →Which brings me to my point. Unless my memory has gone I definitely had the misfortune of seeing Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigalo in the cinema (It was my friends turn to big the movie, our taste as you may surmise are wildly different). Yet Google says this film didn’t get a wide UK release.
unlabelledView post →If he was he hid it really well. I think Adam Sandler stopped putting him in his movies because of his insanity. I adored Rob in the body switch movie, the animal, Deuce Bigalow male gigolo, all the Sandler movies he was in. Like majority of his friends don't lean like he does
