Now here we are with Damned 2, and life’s come full circle I’m a teacher at the very same school where I used to skip classes to play the first game. Crazy how time works. lol anyway so to understand this game your goal as survivor solve the puzzles get the key unlock the door its like escape room .for the monsters kill them all…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Had a lot of good memories with this game and Damned 1 it's definitely worth the asking price for a good time with a couple friends
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →FPS horror game — fun with friends, playable solo. This is an immersive horror experience, not a cat-and-mouse chase like Dead by Daylight. Sometimes, you’ll just close your eyes, face the wall, and hope for the best. It feels like a solid PC game from before the plague of modern gaming — no micro transactions, no unlocks, no cosmetics. You just have everything from the start and go. Much appreciated. If you’re a modern gamer, you probably won’t enjoy it. There’s nothing telling you to keep…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →All the things I loved about the original Damned in an updated game. Highly recommended, especially if you played the OG back in the day. I'd argue Damned 2 is better since you have the option for the AI to play the monster if you're short a friend!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I highly recommend picking this one up! 9heads have been cooking for a while now and it's paid off! Do you love escape rooms? Do you want to experience escape room content with some added spice from the comfort of your own home? Look no further! Damned 2 is here to offer you that experience in solo or with friends!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Disappointing Multiplayer Experience Due to Password-Protected Lobbies I was really excited to jump into Damned 2, but the multiplayer experience completely fell flat. Almost every lobby is password protected, making it nearly impossible to join a random game or play with new people. It feels like the game's design discourages spontaneous matches and community interaction, which is frustrating for anyone wanting quick, easy access to multiplayer. If you don't already have a group of friends to…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Damned is back in all of its original glory - tense atmosphere, dangerous monsters, puzzles, and more, now on a modern engine to boot, and it runs well. with the revisit to Damned, the sequel has everything you can expect from Damned 1, with additional layers of complexity/unique mechanics ontop. Instead of just simply keys, you now can do one of several puzzles alongside them (no spoilers on what they are, but they really add flare to the old system.) you can expect to see some new items and…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →First of all, the servers are always empty... If you played the Damned this is in the updated version like if you played the original back in the day with new mechanics. Off and on reminds me of DBD. Would I recommend this game for now? Not really.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is so good that I already have 127.3 hours on launch day. 10/10 would recommend.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →AMAZING GAME. BEST GAME. BUGGY AT TIMES BUT IN A FUN WAY. PLEASE KEEP CREATING NEW MAPS . would sell feet pics for more
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →pretty good remake of the first one and the AI version of the monster is better than i thought it would be. fun with friends. mary is still creepy as s***
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game drops you in without a tutorial, leaving players to fumble through dimly lit maps with little direction. The core gameplay revolves around hunting for random keys to unlock doors, which quickly becomes repetitive and uninspired. The flashlight mechanic is especially frustrating because you're constantly searching for batteries to maintain what little visibility it does provide, and when you're in a full lobby and can't find anything, running out of batteries means you're completely…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →YO DAMNED IS BACK
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's criminal that they're selling it for only $13.99 They even let us early players who got the keys from the devs in their discord keep our copies, really generous and insane stuff; I would have loved to buy this properly and help support the devs.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →i cant see ♥♥♥♥!!! also the tutorial soft locked the game when i clicked on it
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →What a great sequel. The game beautifully expands upon the OG asymmetrical horror, bringing its formula up to the modern standard. Every element — visuals, atmosphere, level and sound design, and gameplay for both survivors and monsters — feels greatly enhanced, all while preserving the vibes that made the original game so memorable. Terrific game to ♥♥♥♥ around in with the same people you played the first Damned with 10 years ago, assuming none of you are dead or in the nursing home.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Great game, new puzzles makes this game so much better. Love the monster being able to talk to the survivors via traps.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →We got Damned 2 before GTA 6
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I don't know, just seems kind of meh to me. find this unlock that, multiplayer never has full lobbies. the game itself just seems like something that has been done to death with no original ideas....If you solo it will get old fast.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Absolutely love this game, i played a TON of OG Damned, and helped test the community patch for damned 1 and helped test the prototype for damned 2! its been a long ride and i cant wait to see what the Devs do with this game!!! Thank you 9Heads For all the hard work on this and I hope Damned 2 has a long, fun, future!!!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Played the 1st i liked it a lot 2nd i love it even more.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →NEED THE HOMIES TO GET THIS
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Better than the first. I was browsing the reviews and see the complaint that you're "just getting keys" with "no puzzles". Well the puzzles are there, they are simple and designed to take only a few minutes at most but in a game like this balance would be screwed if survivors were in the same room for ten minutes solving a complex puzzle. As for just getting keys. I get what they are pretending to get at: "It's simplistic". DBD is "just doing gens" shooters are "just point and click on…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I never played the original game, yet the layout of this game was so familiar to me, which means I probably played a clone of it. That being said, the gameplay loop of finding a key, to open a door, to find a key, to open a door, is an old style and tedious. What makes it more frustrating is how long you can be squinting your eyes to find a key just lying about the place. The monsters are alright, they can be fun to play for a bit, but in terms of horror, the game isn't that scary, regardless…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →voice chat is great
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's fun and funny.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →These game isn't even close to ready, i get that it's just early access but with all the bugs like not being able to interact with items half way through the match, limited clues as the survivor, you'll literally just walk around for an hour looking for the smallest clue while some monster is breathing down your throat.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The original Damned was one of my favorite games, the first video I remember watching over it was years ago and had followed it ever since. Damned 2 isn't quite the same as the original, but it still has the charm of the first game. Things to note- it's early access, the game isn't finished, but I don't doubt that the amount of monsters that they can add and possibly reintroduce- I'm looking at you phantom. The difficulty slider is a little strange but with enough play time it will be better…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Fun game, couid probably do with more puzzles and killers in the future, occasional bugs but as expected for early access, a considerable upgrade from damned 1, most importantly though, it's much better as a party game, not against/with randoms imo.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →needs work, but the ideas and gameplay are there. With 5 friends its fun. The major issue we had is that the survivors gameplay was very difficult. We did 7-8 games and the Monster side always won every single time. So it need a little bit of balancing for sure. But we had no bugs, inputs were fine, sounds and music too. Great job i recommend it to play with a group of friends :)
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is honestly great so far I've only played a couple of hours and I can fairly say i've come to enjoy it. I've played Damned (The first one) In the past, and had alot of fun with a couple of friends of mine, That being said, I also have alot of fun playing Damned 2 with my friends. How ever.. In my personal opinion, I do believe some stuff could be changed.. But remember, this is my personal opinion, So whatever my personal opinion is, should in no way affect the game at all. My…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Very fun and cool game with haunting atmosphere, cool puzzles and terryfying monsters. Especially fun playing with friends. Big and impressive change from Damned 1. I wish more people would play this game
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Had a WILD amount of fun playing Damned 2?? I am usually not a monster game girly, but that was a good time for sure. Thanks for hanging out!
unlabelledView post →Loved Damned and I love Damned 2 even more. Everything about it is better, smoother and more fun in general. You can setup your lobby as you please and costimize the rules of the game (how many puzzles, how many lives, how strong the monster is etc.) It's an awesome game to play with friends, every match plays different because of randomizes item locations and puzzles. If you can't find enough friend to have a full lobby, just activate Monster AI and you have a co-op experience against an AI…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I had a lot of fun playing this game with family and friends, definitely better in the dark too lol, can't wait to see this getting more updates and for people to start playing this more!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A really nice update from the first game. I liked the first one, was a lot of fun. Improvement in this game, is that you are able to play versus an AI monster. This means, I do not need to call 5 friends to get a game running, instead I can pretty much play with just one or more friends.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Just one evening spent playing the game (in early access no less) is enough for me to know that I freaking love it. Second best thing to come out in 2025 after E33. Maybe third once Silksong gets out. I was a huge fan of Damned 1. I have never ever played an asymmetric game which was as fun as Damned 1. Everything paled in comparison. Yes, everything. Sadly the first game was kinda bugged and it resulted in a janky experience. Damned 2 keeps all that made Damned awesome (controls to open…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Me and my friends loved the first game and have a lot of fond memories from it, and our first impression here is that this has the spirit of the original game but is improved in every possible way! One of my favorite new additions is that you no longer have to be exactly 5 players for a ballanced game, you can play with as few as two even, thanks to there now being an option to let an AI control the monster instead of a player. Some puzzles can be a bit hard to understand first time you…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Damned is back PogChamp > Be a nun > Surf on a coffin lid like Tony Hawk > Distract monster > A friend does the game for you > Profit 10/10 would surf again
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →vERY LOVELY. LIKE THE FIRST ONE.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Didn't really got a chance to play damned 1 since the game was dead by the time i found out about the game and had no monster AI which i thought was a shame cause i really like procedural coop horror games but here we are, haven't played much yet but like it so far, great atmosphere, runs really well and looks like replayability won't be a problem at all for now. Can't wait for new monster/map introductions already and keep up the good work. Time for some pants p00pin buttock clenching…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Amazing video game and developers. Have been helping them since Damned 1 days and this game is definitely one you should check out.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →ghost lady couldn't kill me cus I ran around a table 10/10
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is far scarier than it really has any right to be. The puzzles are fun and add even more tension to the horror.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Damned 2 is an asymmetrical multiplayer horror game built around the simple but effective idea that one player should be the nightmare while everyone else desperately searches for a way out. Developed by 9heads Game Studios and published by Nuntius Games, it pits a team of four survivors against a monster controlled either by another player or by AI. The resulting experience mixes cooperative exploration, escape-room-style puzzles, item searching, and survival horror into matches where…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I am pretty sure my character gets aroused by slamming into doors over and over before using the key. Because either that or the controls are that awkward and sloppy. I am sure that people can defend it by saying "you will get used to them". But if they make no sense out the door, then I am more likely to just find something that does. And it looks like it is all online play. Even single play needs a room set up for it. I am not a fan of online because that puts a ticking clock on the…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Overall i recommend this game, is it a continuation of the first which i really loved. However this causes me to also see what i liked about the last game and want to comment. so this review will be 1 part for people who want to know my complaints from player the first damned, and feedback to the devs. 1. Tips ~ The tip system while useful is a bit to much in your face, more so when it takes place in a live match. Imagine chasing someone down and the "possess object" tip pops up and they get…

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Yeah, it's good. I'm a Damned veteran.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I was a fan of the original Damned when it came out over a decade ago, and they have only improved upon the game 10 fold. Any fan of escape games will absolutely love this, and the procedural generated item placement makes for a unique playthrough every time. There are a ton of unique maps, puzzles, monsters, and the devs are constantly adding more to the game. A+
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Still in early access and has a lot of promise. Incredibly fun and I wish more people knew about it.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Thoroughly enjoyed ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ my britches while hunting for items with randos. Excellent atmosphere and I'm genuinely shocked at how much content is already here for an early access game. Only played a few maps but they all felt very unique and fun to explore I also love that there's the option to play against a bot monster. Genuinely the most fun I've had playing an asym in a long time. Excited to see where it goes from here P.S. Also worked quite well with a PS5 controller, even though it's…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Extremely underrated. Great game, very fun with friends. I'm sure it's chaos with randos. Deserves to take off.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The O.G of multiplayer horror games! Great fun if you play it with friends!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Played Damned 1 a lot, even after it basically died. Damned 2 is a great sequel to the first one. If you liked the first one and/or have friends to play this with, it's a (scary) blast.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Monsters are lackluster, there aren't many puzzles in terms of variety esp with how many maps there are. The jump scares are very cheap and obnoxious. If you wanna play a ispy walking sim then this is for you. Overall as it is rn, its not worth the price in my opinion. Edit: will keep an eye on the game and might re-buy in the future
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Great maps, great music, great game. I liked the puzzles and had lots of fun playing with friends.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Very good horror game with amazing replay ability. The game play is refreshing and tense in this co-op vs. killer horror games genre. A lot of fun especially with friends and ranges from holding your breath scary to Benny Hill themed shenanigans. Definitely recommending it to give it a try.
