My trench pilgrims and ally’s Prussians vs two Court warbands: Envy and Gluttony. We all held our own home objectives and fought a bloodbath over uzi Jesus in the center of the map. #TrenchCrusade

A lot, and not healthy, but that's one solution I found for the overthinking. Working hard at night, and still figuring out a thing a guy😅. Be safe, guys.

I can now see where the SSX series ended up after 6th gen and try out my first Brothers In Arms game. But first thing after I finish Okami, I can finally experience Enslaved: Journey to the West.

Not just because Borderlands deserves to have its reputation restored, but also because the success of this game might expedite a return of Brothers In Arms. One of my gaming loves.

Brothers in Arms: Road to Hill 30 (2005) Gearbox's grounded take on World War II tactics and skirmishes keeps the cinematic flair of other WWII games but adds in the more tactics aspects of a game like Ghost Recon or Rainbow Six. It's a sharp squad-based game!
unlabelledView post →CoD was a WWII series until CoD4 came out in 2007. We still had like Medal of Honor Airborne/Vanguard and stuff in that window too. Sniper Elite, Men of Valor, Deadly Dozen, Brothers in Arms, so on and so forth. I just meant that Black is significantly better than CoD4, a game I hate lol

Still think about an E3(?) demo for Brothers in Arms Hell's Highway where one of your soldiers trips and stumbles, which never made it into the final game. Engage with human fallibility! Wrestle with vulnerability!

Brothers in Arms: Road to Hill 30 (2005) World War II games were a dime a dozen in the 2000s, but Brothers in Arms happens to be one of the better ones, probably because it was developed by Gearbox. It's a squad-based game rather than a straight shooter.

unlabelledView post →With the latest RoR expac flopping hard, I think its time for me to drop a controversial opinion: Gearbox hasn't made a good game (without outside help) since the old Brothers In Arms games/Half-Life expansions. Which lets be real, weren't exactly worthy of the prestige the company now has.
