unlabelledView post →AVP is shorthand for the popular film franchise "Anglicans vs Presbyterians"
unlabelledView post →I feel I need to tell you all that I watched both Alien vs. Predator movies last night and they are, indeed, quite bad. But also neither is interestingly bad. The first is just kinda boring and the second one is an unfocused slasher movie with AVP seasoning.
unlabelledView post →the darkest movie ever made, of course, being AVP Aliens v Predator - Requiem. you can't see SHIT in that movie
unlabelledView post →I’ll never forget “Whoever wins, we lose” from AvP, which is directly contradicted by the plot of the movie.
unlabelledView post →I hope the new Predator movie corrects the wrong done by AVP and finally explicitly acknowledges the Yautja are *very* fuckable
unlabelledView post →yes, I treat AVP as canon cause, honestly? it's...actually a pretty good movie? it's not as good as the AVP games, but it's still fun
unlabelledView post →AVP is unironically a good movie
unlabelledView post →Ok, so THIS one's like "Oh, you wanted it to be R-rated, huh? Well here's a mean-spirited as FUCK AVP drive-in movie with all kinds of people getting horribly killed at any given moment. Oh, you wanted to be able to see it too? We forgot to bring lights. Sorry." #FrightClub #AVPRequiem
unlabelledView post →Just watched the Predator Badlands movie! Nonstop action with plenty of AvP lore, feels like a real throwback to the 90s movies 👌
unlabelledView post →Happy birthday to Scottish actor Ewen Bremner, born today in 1970. Bremner is known in fandom for roles in the film Snowpiercer, Judge Dredd, AvP: Aliens Vs. Predator, Wonder Woman, and the 2009 TV miniseries The Day of the Triffids. #EwenBremner
unlabelledView post →I watched PREDATOR: KILLER OF KILLERS on Hulu. It's super violent animation, but it's also quite pretty, and tells a fun story. Oh, and it ties together every other film in the franchise (except the AvP ones, which are not canon in either franchise) in a way which makes me want more.
unlabelledView post →AvP movie where Wayland-Yutani are dealing with massive class unrest on worker planets. They secretly hire several Yautja as riot enforcers who can kill union leaders without leaving a trail thanks to their stealth tech.
unlabelledView post →AvP is watchable (more than Requiem), it "should have been worse" (like Requiem) but this film doesn't take its concept far enough. It's just uninspired and easily forgettable. By far the films I like the least across these two franchises. 🤷 (Along with The Predator, 2018) A good AvP is possible.

unlabelledView post →Garage clean out find! I found this cheeky chappy in a box filled with other ALIEN and Predator figures, a bag that had been gifted to me some years back. It's from AvP, and while I dislike that film the figure is awesome. I've also got a boxed Movie Maniacs ALIEN & Predator, and a Queen alien.

unlabelledView post →Against all odds, AVP actually a better movie than most of the direct Predator sequels Requiem remains garbage, however
unlabelledView post →UM ACTUALLY! ☝️🤓 That’s NOT the 1979 Japanese movie poster for Alien because that art is based on a more modern photo of the xenomorph, probably from the last 15 years (I wanna say it’s from AVP). The real poster is more ominous, focusing instead on the cosmic emptiness the film uses so effectively.
unlabelledView post →Predator Badlands’ is pg-13 yet doesn’t feel neutered because the story being told didn’t require an R rating. So I never really thought “this movie has been defanged!” like it did when watching AVP
unlabelledView post →Yall have no idea how excited I am to see this movie! I already got tickets and I'm so hyped!! #avp #predator #predatorbadlands #movie
unlabelledView post →ACAB as we know, but also I guess APAB (except for the one who works with Sanaa Lathan in AVP, who is probably not in this movie)
unlabelledView post →My 1st Predator movie was AVP back in the days and when Scar unmasked I was like „Woooaaaaahh 🥺🥰“ but then the elder showed up and I was like „WOOOOOAAAAAAAHHHHH 🤩🤯🫠“. Whatever, take this little sneak peek of Pops the old raisin in all his shriveled glory and bristles 🥹
unlabelledView post →AvP is not a great movie, but I do enjoy watching it for a weird reason. That was a fun rewatch. Now, it's onto less fun movies. A Requiem if you will. 😂 #frightclub #alienvspredator

unlabelledView post →Look, I can sort of get not liking Predator: Badlands, but calling it the worst film in the franchise when AVP Requiem and The Predator (2018) exist is a real mask off moment! Quite frankly, I don't even need to go over why calling it the worst film in 10 years is also incredibly stupid!
