neutral · AI labelView post →Finally got around to watching “The Animal Kingdom” a weird French film about lots of people turning into animals. It’s a decent movie about animal transformation with a disappointing lack of snouts.

neutral · AI labelView post →today I am thinking about the Tree of Life. not the mythological one, the Animal Kingdom one. it's weird how the attraction inside that thing is a 3D film based on a specific IP, rather than something broader about, like, the long history of animals in art. they could cram even more IP into that too
neutral · AI labelView post →@mvbrat10.bsky.social I can’t describe how amazing it was to see Hoppers in a crowded theater. I do hope that Animal Kingdom gets a 4D attraction based on this movie. It’s a perfect fit to go into the Tree of Life. Definitely seeing it again by this weekend. 🦫🦫🪵🪵🦎🦎🥥🚀 🥔

neutral · AI labelView post →Animal Kingdom a superb movie, but the world it depicts pales compared to the reality (outlined in article). Funny to read Kath hated her portrayal by the great Jacki Weaver.
positive · AI labelView post →I've found a really good sci-fi movie called "The Animal Kingdom," 2023, in French, on Hulu. It's pretty much got the same concept as "Sweet-Tooth" on Netflix did.

neutral · AI labelView post →I've seen a couple using that as an argument for why they should put the New Groove ride in Tropical Americas at Animal Kingdom instead. (even though I'd argue the movie actually IS too cartoony for that land, which is more grounded in actual culture)
neutral · AI labelView post →Back before the second movie came out but when Disney had opened the Avatar area of Animal Kingdom I would say to my cousin how I thought it was weird they were so all in on a movie that in my mind no one really loved, and it would get SUCH a rise.
neutral · AI labelView post →I don’t watch much TV, but I finished the series Animal Kingdom last night and I kinda loved it. It is based on an Australian movie I need to see now. It had an Australian aesthetic (I lived part time in Oz for a long time), but a big budget production value. Maybe I should watch more TV.

Of course there is a great message to the film about doing the right thing and making the right choices even when faced with great adversity. Plus, of course there’s a happy ending. #runner

It has character meets, a playground for <6 yr, a movie (you can watch on Disney+), and Olaf Draws, which replaced the drawing with a live animator at Animal Kingdom. How was Olaf draws vs with a live animator? Not as good.

negative · AI labelView post →I'm sure some Youtuber has pointed this out, but since the characters in The Lion King are aware of real pop songs like 'The Lion Sleeps Tonight' and are keenly familiar with the infamous 'It's a Small World', maybe the movie isn't set in Africa but the Animal Kingdom section of the park
neutral · AI labelView post →The Animal Kingdom! Movie 14! It’s French! A virus (probably?) slowly turns humans into weird animal things. Sort of a blend of Teen Wolf & Sweet Tooth, this was powerfully acted and extremely melancholy - which means I had a great time watching. Extra shout out to the SPFX MU dept! 8/10 mageddons
